Title: Blast
Review: A friend recommended Blast as she said it cleared her head after a long bout with Lyme. I find it "enlivening" - and you have to remember it has a good shot of caffeine as well as the vitamins. I found my self pretty wired and edgy using it when under stress, so cut the quantity back from the serving size, and never use it after lunchtime. You have to think of it as a medicine. Of course, cutting back also lessens the vitamins I get from it. Trade-offs...
