Title: Great resource for non-cooks like me!
Review: The best part of this book is that it has many recipes for people like me --- who don't keep exotic spices or ingredient in the house. You know... people who like to fix what's in the refrigerator or freezer without a trip to the grocery store for things you'll use once. Sure, there are some more exotic recipes that I might try, but it's so refreshing to see recipes for "normal" people... that I can say "Yay!!! I have everything."With a small household, I don't need recipes to feed 6 or more. I don't even need recipes for 4. One or two will do just fine. I got the air fryer to make things quick and easy. With the help of this book, I can fix things I would have never tried on my own.I have used little sticky tabs to mark the pages I want to try first. Love it!

Title: My favorite cookbook!!!
Review: Since I started living in my own itâs always been such a hassle to make meals for one person. No matter how hard I try to tweak a recipe, itâs just not write. This cookbook has been MY SAVING GRACE. Not only are the recipes for one person, theyâre all made in my favorite kitchen gadget!!! Most of these meals take less than 10 minutes to prepare and come out delicious every time. My favorite recipe right now is the chicken parmigiana!

Title: Gave Me Some Great Recipes & Ideas
Review: I am one of those people who became a fan of the air fryer I bought during the pandemic using it for a host of things early on. But honestly, I haven't been cooking as many unique things for a while. That is until this cookbook shows up.There are a number of recipes that are new spins on old favorites like mom's meatloaf or stuffed pork chops that I'd never think to cook in an air fryer or think to make in a small batch. Getting the nudge on how this works and a starter recipe to work from on each lead me to play around with some different foods in the air fryer again and that is reason enough to buy the book! However, there were plenty of other things as well. All the nutrition information is available with each recipe. And there are tips like looking for individually wrapped seafood in the freezer section of the grocery store as well as so many other tips that are more specific to the air fryer itself. It's nice to have a cookbook for meals for one that can be done relatively quick and easy but more importantly, also be tasty enough that I look forward to it.There are recipes across a full-slate of categories (breakfast, appetizers, sides, poultry, beef &pork, seafood & fish, even desserts!). And whereas the common cookbook sets you up for large servings that you have to try to break down for one or two people, this one sets recipes up for an individual. It's easy to multiple up!Will continue enjoying this one as I try more recipes!

Title: Hard-boiled eggs in an air-fryer?? YES!
Review: I really enjoy this cookbook. So many things I didn't know I didn't know!!! I am so amazed over the idea of hard-boiled eggs with no water! There are so many great ideas with wonderful pictures. They also include all the nutritional info for each recipe.Okay, first... they highlight the ingredient list in yellow. Now, when I'm trying to add stuff to my bread maker, it makes me crazy going back and forth. But, with a colored list... my eyes are happier! They use colors in their fonts. My old eyes appreciate this! All black print just makes my eyes tired fast. But adding a little color here and there makes a difference. They are as simple as "homemade fish sticks" and "pizza bagels" to things like "bacon-wrapped scallops" and "salmon oscar". They don't have a picture for every recipe, but they have many and I am looking forward to trying most of them!I must admit that my favorite chapter is "cooking for one with an air fryer". This chapter is for those of us who really are new to this. More stuff I didn't know I didn't know. This is a pretty handy book and a good investment for the air fryer newbie!

Review: It's geared at the American Market. I bought it because I thought it was a UK publication. I will keep it and use it but I am so tired of getting cookery books that say UK edition but are not.

Review: I bought this for my mother since we had just bought her a small air fryer. The recipes seem really good and not a lot of weird ingredients. One recipe per page and the print spacing is good, so the recipe is easy to read. There aren't a lot of pictures, but that doesn't matter to me in this case, as the book is laid out so well and easy to read/navigate. I'm tempted to buy myself one as well.
