Title: It is a nice system.
Review: I ordered this camera system for my car last week. I installed it and had an issue with the microphone where it was making a clicking sound upon recording. I reached out to customer service and they are sending me a new camera to replace the defective one.For me, I am big on customer service and making things right when they are not. This is one of the best experiences I have had with customer service lately and appreciate their efforts to make things right. More companies should focus on quality and customer service over quantity. Thank you for this. Onto the actual camera.Overall for the price, the quality of the camera is pretty good. I like that I can download the videos to the app and also view it live without needing to remove the SD card. Even with the microphone issues, I like that the camera has good viewing at night. Better than I had anticipated. What I like even more is that in the package contents there is ample amount of extra stickies and items if you need to remove and readjust the camera. The stickies really do stick to the surface so make sure to use the electrostatic film included if you need to move it. Even with that, when I went to adjust it, it was stuck on there good.The cables were long enough to reach the back of the trunk. I have an SUV and there still was about an extra foot of cabling for the rear camera.I like the rear camera you can adjust the up and down angle to adjust viewing and the camera stays in place. This is huge for me. My rear trunk has an automatic tailgate and the way the window is, make it challenging to mount a rear camera on the inside. This one was small and adjustable enough to fit just right.For the camera picture quality, it is pretty good on the phone. I have not inserted the SD card into my computer yet to see finer detail but am happy with what shows up on the iPhone.The app is simple to use. Make sure to read the manual as it does cover most general questions people would have.A hint to those who use Apply CarPlay, either disable Bluetooth on your phone or disconnect your phone from your car before connecting your iPhone to the camera. My car kept disconnecting my Wi-Fi session and connecting back to the car. May just be unique to my car but if your phone keeps dropping from the app, try that. I just disable Bluetooth while streaming from the camera to my phone. Problem solved.Would I recommend? If someone I knew needed a camera, I would suggest this one.Improvement suggestions: The only thing I wish was better is that the viewing angle was a true 170 degree, which I think this one is 150. But that isn’t a deal breaker for me. The way my windshield is, not many cameras will fit right, this one fits well.

Title: A gem of a camera without spending a treasure
Review: I got this camera because I needed a camera that can record the front and back of my vehicle while I drive as well as parked. I have this hardwired to my car. It does not drain my battery. The quality of the video is very decent and the app is easy to use. This camera features 4K resolution only if you do not use the rear camera. It only works in 2k front and 1080p rear together. The camera is very small and discreet since it has no lcd screen. The 64gb microSD included is a big plus but I am not sure how long it will last since it’s not one of the durable ones for video recording. The first camera overheat but technical support replaced it for me quickly. A company with superb customer service is a big big advantage. I will gladly buy from them again.

Review: So far so good, I have a 2014 Cadillac CTS4 2.0T and installat was simple for me...sleek and discreet design ✔️, price ✔️, instructions ✔️, front and rear camera quality ✔️, photo capture and screenshots ✔️, night vision ✔️, sound ✔️, functions/settings ✔️, playback ✔️, installation ✔️, connection ✔️, communication with support team ✔️, automatic video lock with Collision Sensor function ✔️...for this option to be my first choice in finding an affordable and effective product, I'm glad I took my time to find this great quality camera! Definitely first timer friendly! I emailed the support team for my free Type C hardware kit for the 24Hr monitoring, they got back to me the same day and sent an email confirmation of my kit being shipped by amazon. Should be receiving it Monday, I can't wait to try that feature...that's sort of what sold me besides its small, sleek design and the price! And now having a front and rear camera, (*already have a rear view camera, but only when you're in reverse like most cars*), capturing everything, I feel a bit more secured...and including the free extra year warranty! The ONLY cons, FOR ME, were that I wish the WiFi range was a little longer than 10FT, just for those cases where I can't get to/by my car if I may need a file. Another, I can't seem to change the time display that faces the inside of the car to the12hr format. It stays in 24hr despite changing the settings in the app, which still appears in playbacks. All in all, no biggies, I can manage. I'm going to be really impressed if the 24Hr monitoring goes well. I'll update if major need be! Hope the video and photos helps shine some of it's goodness.

Review: I am really happy with my purchase. Not only for the good product, but also for the best customer support.I already had a front dash cam, but I needed a good rear camera. I think rear came is more important.After searching many dash cams along with reviews, this Arifayz-Q4 stood out. 4k for front or 2k/1080p when used dual.After purchase, I checked both front and rear camera, and the cable was long enough to reach backside windshield (11.5ft for main power, 18ft for rear), and video quality was decent even in dual mode.The most impressive part was the physical quality of those units. Unlike other dash cams that I dealt with, these ones were well made. I can just say well built.Finally made a decision to install the main camera in the back. I recorded videos with three different micro SD cards, and video quality was fine. However, I noticed that video was not smooth especially when my car was in stationary.I remember that somebody mentioned customer support was great. I reached out to customer support, and my problem was resolved within a half day after exchanging a few emails. My computer turned out to be slow... After tried in a different computer, those videos played smoothly with high resolution.I am really happy with this well made product and customer support. I recommend Q4 to whoever needs dual dash cam. Don't need to spend a few hundred dollars. You know what? They also give at least one year warranty: As a promotion, I got two years though.
