Title: Beautifully Done
Review: This book is beautifully done. The recipes are not complicated and the directions well written. The photography is magnificent. I purchased this book after reading an article in a Hall County paper about the business and the author of the book. Friday I had an opportunity to attend a book signing to meet Mrs. Wilbanks and taste some of her pies. The author did not know me but made me feel very welcome as a true southern lady would do. Having tasted both her sweet and savory pies at the book signing, I'm excited to try the recipes in her book. This book would make a wonderful gift for anyone who enjoys southern cooking and baking.

Title: Finally, A Cookbook I Want to Make Most of the Recipes
Review: I am an avid cookbook collector. I'm here to say Amanda Wilbanks cookbook, Southern Baked, hits all the marks. From ease to read recipes, font, pictures and most of all I want to make at least 90% of the recipes. Love the variety of pies for all occasions. Especially love the appetizers to entree to side to dessert. Well done! Off to try her pastry recipe as I am a die-hard crisco girl!

Review: The Southern Baked Pie Bakery is near where I live. I purchased their book because I love their food. I gifted my son who shares my love of baking and cooking a copy. He loves it as much as I do. There are more than sweet pie recipes in this great cookbook. There are recipes for full course holiday meals. Outstanding concept for planning meals.

Title: A new publisher is NEEDED!
Review: The inside of the book is beautiful! As soon as I got home, I opened the package. I got in my bed and turned page by page.I was disappointed with the limited number of pie recipes, however the recipes in the book seem to be great with laced stories.My ONLY disappointment is that of the quality of the book which is a BIG mishap! I bought one for myself and a gift which I am now returning both. I was excited to add to my collection. Now to have to return. This needs to be addressed with the publisher. I like the fact they use recycled paper but it needs to withstand one day of use.Signed Bummed Out
