Title: Very versatile
Review: This push-up board and workout equipment is top tier. It features 4 different ways to do push-ups allowing you to focus on different muscle groups depending on which setting you use. The board itself is fairly sturdy and allows itself to be used as a grounding board to step on, attach bands, and get a complete workout in. I’m a fan of the design and was impressed that me being at my heaviest hasn’t seemed to be an issue - this board holds up! Included along with the initial push-up board was a pilates session for bar, which I LOVE. It’s perfect for doing squats and other elongating moves as well. I also love that it was super easy to put together and take apart when I was done. The latex resistance bands help take your workout to the next level as well as the training bands - talk about elevating your glute workouts! A lightweight backpack for the resistance bands and such is also included. Overall, this is a fantastic addition to my at home gym equipment and I’d definitely make the purchase again. I wasn’t expecting such an awesome workout experience for such a low price. I’m extremely pleased.

Review: It has so many different ways to hit different muscles and that’s just pushups! There’s so many exercises you can do with all of the attachments! This is such a great investment for someone who does not have the time to go to the gym! It’s Very lightweight & sturdy!! Great quality!! All pieces were there in complete !

Title: Great starter kit!
Review: I hate going to the gym so I thought this would be great to start out my at home fitness journey. Everything feels nice, but I do wish it came with a few more bands to attach to the bar. The board is also a lot less sturdy than I imagined but still great for its purpose. Love that it comes with everything you need to get started.

Review: I LOVED this product and it's so versatile for what you're getting.When the pandemic happened, I wish I had this mini-gym setup! But now I have it and I love working out with it and it comes in PINK, YES PLEASE. I love working with just my body weight but this adds a challenge to my workouts. The resistance bands are a great addition to this and everything is as described in the box. If you get tired of the board, you can bring the bands to an actual gym and use the products there too! I don't think you can go wrong with buying this!If you know someone who likes to work out at home, this is a great gift.

Title: Best at-home exercise in the covid world
Review: This product blew me away. I was unsure of what to expect as most at home exercise equipment is unreliable and does not work as expected. This product is easy to use and can hit all muscle groups using all of the equipment included in the kit. In this covid world sometimes we do not want to go to the gym and this is the best alternative I have found thus far. If you were on the fence about buying this item, BUY IT!! It is worth every penny and your body will thank you for it.

Title: You get what you pay for...
Review: If you plan on working out for only 2 weeks and then giving up on a fitness routine, this set is for you!Immediate first impression of the base out of the box is that it looks like I could've purchased it from Family Dollar. Although it does work for push ups, using the tension bands was a bad idea. Within a few weeks of use, the tension bands with handles snapped at the bottom where they connect at the carbiner clip. The rod is made of what I can only describe as 20 beer cans melted together. The connection points inside the rod are not enough to keep the rod from becoming misshapen with use. Don't even get me started on the pathetic excuse for the leg bands. I've had hair ties that maintained their elasticity and shape longer than these. Overall the set is made of cheap materials. It's easy to use, but just not sturdy at all. 🙁

Review: Product feels solid. Board and equipment seems very stable and sturdy. I’ve been using it on days I can’t hit the gym. Just need 20 minutes of your time and it gives an efficient workout. Super versatile and easy. So far so good. Also the pink is a cute touch!

Review: Just received the package 2 days earlier than expected. I had high hopes for this product. But the product is very cheaply made. Usually you get what you pay for. But in this case you don’t get what you pay for. This product is way too overpriced in my honest opinion! The board and accessories are made with the thinnest and cheapest plastic. The “resistance bands” have no absolutely no resistance at all. Unlike the product picture there are no weights labelled on them. And for any person out there working out seriously, this product just isn’t it. It does look cute in pink and I admit I was blinded by the color and the good reviews here. I don’t understand how it is so well rated. Moreover, the bar which came with the package has black stains on it. Some accessories are packed, some are not. So I am not sure if I’ve received some used accessories. I didn’t even bother to try to work out with the product. It looks so flimsy I think I could break it. Will return it.
