Title: It’s works
Review: I purchased this because my washer broke down and getting parts is taking longer than expected. Rather than go to a laundromat I’d rather wash clothes at home. Had for about 12 hours now and couldn’t be more impressed, been doing quick wash setting and my clothes are clean. About 1/3 load of a large washer and they are clean. Average load is 2 complete outfits for 24 minutes. It has other cycles but I didn’t need them once I saw how the quick cycle cleans.I washed 2 weeks worth in 5 hours including towels. Very quiet also.

Title: Worst washing machine in the world
Review: Arrive safe, we conect everything we did a heavy duty cicle empty everything ok, so we add 2 pants and 2 shirt thats all, and the machine stop working in the first time use......now i have to repack this piece of @#$$$, and send it back for our refund, what a waste of time, i spend $60 buying a cart and new 10 feet hole and conections.....

Title: Great for apartment size usage
Review: First I would like to address I thought my washing machine was used because water was left in the drum. I was very upset but I read the Manuel and it stated water will be present due to testing the machine.Secondly, you don't need that much detergent, too much can cause a lot of suds which will required an extra rinse cycle. I do recommend using Teflon tape and use it to prevent leaks as there is some water leaking from the bottom of the washing machine and at the faucet. If their is a leak at the faucet just covered the faucet with a dish cloth to prevent water spraying everywhere. The water doesn't need to stay on the whole cycle, just in the beginning and during rinse, but you can leave the water running. I use cold water and warm water to wash my clothes.Lastly, their is some burning smell when washing after the second or third load, not sure if this is normal but I wait for a cool down and proceed to use after 15 minutes.I dislike after my clothes is washed, it feels like my clothes aren't damp but more so saturated after a wash cycle. I do add another spin dry which is program #7 feature and that takes 7 minutes to so in the excess water, if it still feels soaking wet, activate program #9 which is tub air dry feature (30 minute cycle) and that will completely take care of the saturated feeling your clothes feel and makes them feel damp instead. You don't need to wait 30 minutes, you can take the clothes out after 15 minutes.

Review: It's the perfect size, however I swear it has been used, I highly doubt I was sent the new machine I paid for! But it works! Wish it would spin dry little better but I will not purchase another one from this company!!
