Review: Seasoned and in the oven, the rack allows the fat and grease to drop off. This gives a skin that is crispy and flavor full of the seasoning and/or sauce you use.I've used this for legs and wings. With the wings, at the first use, a couple of wings fell off. Resolved with an 11 inch steel skewer. The crispy nature with doing it that way is worth the additional time in pre-oven prep.A cookie sheet with aluminum foil under it makes for an easy clean-up.Happy Cooking!
