Title: Clear, well written instructions
Review: Although I have yet to cook anything from the book, the recipes are concise and clear and look and sound delicious. I, like some other reviewers wished that the author had offered some instructions on scaling to full pie size, but at the end of the day its pie. You can easily scale the filling yourself and anything extra you just use for minis in addition to your full sized pie. I can't wait to have time to actually prepare some pies from this book!

Title: Page formatting
Review: This is an ok collection of recipes; for a digital edition, i would appreciate far more in the way of illustrations and photos. The formatting of the recipe ingrdients does not disply well on the Kindle. The lists are formatted in two columns which bump up against one another making it very difficult to tell where column 1 ingredient ends and column 2 ingredient begins. I've tried resizing text and screen but this does not help. Would like to see some improvement to make it easier to read.

Review: I am so excited about this cookbook, because I LOVE pie (as does my partner). While I'm happy to eat an entire apple pie (almost by myself!) the idea of having selection of different types of pies without needing to make full sized pies is awesome! Especially when you start to think about savory pies - it becomes actual meals instead of just dessert. Abigail Gehring's book is perfect - adorable, simple, concise and with gorgeously mouth watering pictures of mini pies. I love her 4 different homemade pie crust recipes that you can mix and match with different fillings options. A great buy for anyone who loves baking and loves pies.

Title: Glad I bought Kindle version and not print
Review: This is an ok book about mini pies. Mainly for mini pie machines but can be made in muffin tins. I spent 2.99 for the Kindle version and it was worth that to me. Easy to follow recipes.

Review: This is a really great cook book because you can make a variety of small pies and not have the worry about who's going to eat the rest of the pie! Either baking these pies in a countertop mini pie maker or baking your pies in muffin tins (my favourite). These recipes are to make four pies at a time. Sweet, fruity or savoury pies. Quiche recipes and pie crust recipes included.
