Title: Great for the Lighter Snow
Review: To be honest I bought this with a very particular use in mind. I have a larger three stage blower for heavier snow but it is a pain to get up and running and maneuver around, to the point that for snow fall under 2 inches, it is not worth the trouble of getting it going. I needed something that would save my back from the wear and tear of manual shoveling but not overpowered like my big blower, this came in perfect. It is fairly lightweight but packs a decent punch of snow clearing power. It doesn't have wheels so it operates more similar to a shovel with you having to push it along, but it cuts through snow quickly without much effort. This is the perfect solution if you dont get huge amounts of snow or just need something for the lighter times. The battery life is very good , I have yet to have it die on me and it charges pretty fast as well. The assembly is very straightforward, the only possible confusion is the direction of the shaft but thats easily remedied if you get it wrong. Overall great product, very happy with it.

Title: Easy to use
Review: OMG when you use this be sure you have enough room in the front to throw the snow. Very powerful blower, just like the big ones. This can be a help and an issue. The item works great, it works best on fresh snow and not to deep. It has helped because of back pain, good for decks sidewalk. The chute can't be turned so snow blows in front. Works great for small areas.

Title: How did I live without it?!
Review: I don't write reviews as often as I should, but I read a lot of reviews before I bought this, so I feel I should write one.We had a blizzard last week. More than 12 inches of snow, overnight. (Life in the Northern midwest!)So, I got this electric shovel out with hopes of at least cleaning our handicap ramp off in case my son would need to go out. It was amazing! It's like vacuuming! Just back and forth and done! So, I did the sidewalk. Boom, done in minutes. So, i kept going to the driveway and had it cleared in no time. This is important, because I live on an alley, and the plows LOVE to put a big snowdrift at the end of my driveway (like a personal challenge or something) This tiny little shovel blew right through it, ice and all! I did the ramp, the sidewalk, and driveway in under 45 minutes. Never lost power. I saw several reviews saying battery time was short. It's not less than 45 minutes from what I can tell.Generally, with the size of my driveway, the going rate to have someone plow is about a 2 hour wait time, and $40. And I still had to shovel the ramp and sidewalk. I have used it 3 times now: once for 45 minutes, and the other two for preventative at about 15 minutes each. My husband used it once also, and called me "a beautiful woman" for buying this, because we both hate shoveling. In summary, buy this. For the low cost, for the time not spent shoveling, for the ability to have the free time to go back inside with a nice cup of coffee.

Title: Handles damp (snowball/snowman) snow much better than expected.
Review: No data on longevity and bought an extra battery right away. Had in storage at 2 bars out of 3 charge. Charged both to pretty full prior to use.Using it now to clear extra drainage paths taking swipes through drifts starting at the top. Can't handle snowplowed snow at all. Not expecting it to handle 'old' snow. Nice design overall for clearing channels.Tested initially on a driveway and sidewalk with 3-4 inches of packy (snowman) snow and had to push, pull back, push (easy to do and didn't have to lift snow at edges). Was able to clear driveway and sidewalk with a bit of snow left on both in about an hour. Threw about 10-14 feet (with the help of the wind). If you don't want to lift the snow at the edges, the tradeoff is patience with less width and limited capacity. (Standard shovel clears best to pavement - snowblower clears best for volume and better to pavement - was still snowing and blowing when finished a first pass.)If you can use it working with the wind, the sidewalks are easy. Throws snow forward so helps if the wind picks it up and puts it in the snowbanks - otherwise you need to use it sort of sideways. Two batteries did about one hours work and could have done just a bit more (thinking maybe 15-20 minutes more).Read that batteries (after use) should be stored at 2 full bars out of 3 (if 3 is full) (versus topped off) and recharged about every 6 months if in storage to get the longest use out of them.Don't expect it to work on slush. Don't expect it to work on any packed snow or ice chunks and avoid areas with sticks. It doesn't clear fully to pavement which isn't a big deal when clearing drainage channels in grassy areas where a person might finish clearing the area with a standard shovel anyway.Biggest values so far ... moving some (fresh) snow weight to different quite distant areas so it didn't have to be lifted while limiting the development of extra snowbanks around the drainage channels. And, clearing/moving some snow in areas where a snowblower can't easily be used.

Review: I'm in my fifties and even though I have a snowblower, I still have alot of shoveling to do: both decks, stairs and walkway. Because shoveling was started to be too hard, I bought this snow joe and I was amazed. I love that it is easy to use and it throws the snow very far. And cordless is just the best especially in winter. What I don't like is that you have to be cafefull not to get too close to objects because it can damage the scraper. Also being 5foot4, the handle is a little long so doing steps is not as easy. But overall, it does the job and it is truly less Painful than shoveling.

Review: I like this the simplicity to use of product and I like the support services of seller! Make sure nothing is lodged in the blades, the blades should be able to turn freely even when the machine is off.

Review: There is nothing to dislike about this product. As a 77-year-old man, it helps me to keep my deck and sidewalk clear. No more heavy lifting. I recommend the battery-powered model with a 19" swath.

Review: I have arthritis so was hoping this machine would help...so far it works great , the battery last long enough to get job done..but for me I found it very heavy ,so it would be better if it had some wheels to help manoeuver it . I saw on a few other reviews that putting it together was hard as the wire is to long ,and they recommended that you tear it apart in order to assemble ..well this from a woman...it took me 5 minutes to assemble..attach lower end first then take the handle and keep twisting it in a circle till the wire shortens enough to fit the rest of the handle together...I would certainly recommend this great little thrower..

Review: It came right on time, Amazon never fails to deliver. The product came in a secured box complete with instructions. The warranty is 2 years. The baterry can be used for 25minutes and it also came with a fast charger. There is an available spare baterry online for around $80 if you need more than 25 minutes or work time.
