Title: Amazing Customer Service
Review: I recently purchased the CACAFSFY Diffuser. When it first arrived it worked great. However, for some reason it stopped working. When I contacted the Company they IMMEDIATELY replied to my concern and addressed it right away. They stood behind the warranty period and shipped a new device out, which I received in only a few days. I understand there are always possible issues with electronic devices, however, a companies Customer Service can either make or break their Business. I'm confident after the way they promptly resolved my issue they will be around for a long time. I will definitely be a repeat Customer.

Title: Dissatisifed
Review: My diffuser only worked for a month or so, then it stopped working and would not mist. I had a terrible time trying to figure out how to change the filter, ( 2 extra were included). Now that I have changed the filter, it still will not mist. I bought this product when it was over 300 dollars. This was a waste of money for the amount of time I had a functioning product. You are better off with a cheap diffuser that you can discard if it stops working. I loved the scent while the diffuser worked, and still have 90% of the essential oil solution left. I am so disappointed with this purchase.

Title: Great diffuser
Review: This is a great diffuser. I like the ease of use and it does disperse scent well. My only issue is the remote allows you to change the levels of some scent (and other customizations) but it doesn’t show you the levels. An example, you can tap a button on the emote to increase the amount of oil diffuser “to the limit” but it doesn’t say what the limit is. Is it 0-10? 0-5? I just tapped it several times and it works, just no idea if it is at the top or middle.

Review: Product comes with two spare atomizer heads . None worked . I have the same exact model from 6 weeks ago at my office that works fine . I’ve read many reviews like mine . It’s hit or miss that it will work. . Shocking for such an expensive item

Review: I’m still on the fence about this product, it looks great, but does not perform as stated. It definitely does not cover 1000 sq feet, you’re lucky if you get 100 sg ft! I haven’t returned it yet, still trying it out.
