Title: Love these bowl scrapers
Review: I make baked items from scratch, including sourdough bread. And a bowl scraper is highly effective for gathering the stuck on the side flour and bread dough! These were ordered to replace my old version that was loosing its sharper edges. This order is highly recommended, the plastic is flexible enough, the edges are rigid and sharp. I recently made biscuits and this bowl scraper was used to great success! I am delighted with this product

Title: Great value for serious bakers.
Review: I bake a LOT, and used my Ateco scraper the day it arrived; I made a very wet, sticky dough and this scraper handled it perfectly (in my KitchenAid mixing bowl, & on the pastry mat). I can't believe I once spent several dollars for just one of these at Sur La Table; Ateco is a fine, trustworthy brand & having multiple scrapers on hand will be very helpful. Also useful to slice (divide) dough on a pastry mat (on which you don't want to use a knife or a metal bench scraper). Great little tool to have around, & the six-pack is an excellent value.

Title: Cracks easily
Review: But while they’re intact, they’re great. Almost TOO sturdy. Beware of scraping out too firmly.

Title: Great Acquisition
Review: You're probably thinking, "What's to say? They're scrapers!" Well... yes. Of course, I've been cooking for nearly sixty (yep, 60) years and never had a dough scraper that wasn't made of hard metal and had a 5- or 6-inch straight edge with a handle on the opposite side. Now, I'm not about to give up my stainless steel scrapers (and I love the one with the ruler on the business edge), but it's going to get a lot more rest in my implement drawer, now that I have these flexible plastic beauties. You may ask, "Just how flexible are they?" Great question. They are more stiff than flexible -- not soft enough to bend very easily -- but just flexible enough to bend a bit as you're scraping dough out of a mixing bowl. They don't *have* to bend much, though. This the curved edge can work the curves of almost any mixing bowl quite nicely by holding it at different angles to match the curve of the bowl. Another benefit to the plastic scraper is that it is less likely to scratch your work surface. I usually prefer to work directly on my countertop, not having a proper work surface big enough for some jobs. I can now scrape dough off the countertop with abandon -- and with nary a worry that I will be adding unwelcome lines to the surface.I can't tell you (I really cannot, because I don't know) how many virtually useless kitchen gadgets I have bought (and subsequently added to the local landfill) over the years. Unless someone invents an even better flexible scraper for such a reasonable cost, these will get plenty of use in my kitchen for the rest of my days. If you don't have any and you *ever* make well-hydrated (somewhat to very sticky) dough, you should give these a try. You can waste far more money on kitchen tools that are far less useful. Believe you me, I have.

Title: Good enough for Bojangles
Review: I make biscuits at a restaurant and they are constantly losing the supplied bowl scrapers, so I bought a pack to keep for my personal use. These are fairly sturdy but shaped well for scraping larger mixing bowls. They are also sturdy enough to aid in moving the dough from bowl to bench without flexing. They come clean easily, do not seem prone to staining, and the hole makes them easy to hang by hook in the dish draining area.

Title: Stiffer than I expected
Review: This “flexible” scrapers are a little more ridged than my previous brand of scraper. They lack flexibility that is helpful for getting everything out of the mixing bowl.

Review: Great size, scrapes the bowl and cuts the dough. Has a hook for storage taking up less space than a metal scraper. While I wish this came as a single scraper, I decided I knew enough bakers to share the pack with. I bought them because of a previous reviewer mentioning the size is comparable to King Arthur. It’s a great size for my kitchen aid 7qt mixer bowl and fits great in my hand. The plastic is a great thickness for bending as well. Cuts brownies and such in nonstick pans as well.
