Title: The recipe are easy to follow
Review: I just started reading the book and making my own pasta so I feel the book and a good pasta maker would go good together as a gift the price is a little on the high end for a paper back but the easy to follow recipe makes it easier to do different things and techniques make it so much easier and funnier to make pasta.

Review: One thing about me... I am absolutely obsessed with pasta! So, as a pasta lover, this book was a real treat to read! This book is the guide, of all guides, to everything pasta, ranging from ingredients and the making of the dough to plenty of delicious and yummy pasta recipes. The recipes in this book are heavenly and have such a wide range, going from the basics like spaghetti with meatballs to the fancier ones like fettuccine with black squid ink and mussels. There are so many recipes in this book; I can confidently say that there is at least one recipe that youâll find and seriously love. I really appreciated that the author also included the nutritional value for each recipe, along with the list of ingredients and detailed instructions. For all of the pasta lovers out there, this is the book for you!

Title: Loved the recipes and background info
Review: As a foodie, eating is definitely an experience for me, so this book is right up my alley. Diane Romano has really shown me how diverse pasta can be. I loved how she started out by letting us know the benefits of homemade pasta. For example, homemade pasta gives us control over ingredients as well as the texture. Being gluten-free, this is very important to me. Moving on from there, Iâm looking forward to trying all of these recipes. Although Iâm not vegan, one of the recipes that stands out is the Vegan Tagliatelle with Roasted Beetroot and Spinach Pesto. I tried the recipe for Capellini with Garlic Shrimp and White Wine Sauce and it turned out delicious! Definitely going to be a staple recipe book in my kitchen this winter.

Title: Hope this really is a pasta bible.
Review: I received a pasta maker (Atlas brand) a few years back and I can't wait to get this book to make my own pasta. There is only one recipe for dough that came with maker, so I am excited to see what Ms. Romano has in store for me. How cool that she has a cheese as her last name. I bought the Kindle version. I will give an update after I read it and try some recipes.
