Title: Fantastic buy! Sets up easly and quickly.
Review: We bought this for the relaxation after a long days work. Does not disappoint. Also helps us sleep better after just 20 mins in the spa. Sets up easly and quickly. Heated up to 104 F with 24 hours after initial filling at 63 F. Really only need to fill to minimum line. Once you get two adults in it and fire up the bubbles, most water above that is going to exit anyway. You could fit three younger people in it but not three adults without ejecting way to much water.We put it on our concrete paver back patio with a tarp under it and are going to put a 10x10 pop up over it for Winter use. Great little spa. Too early to tell what the electrical usage is. Make sure you get a spa maintenance kit of some type. Just after a few uses you will want to check the chemical levels.Make sure you electrical outlet is ground.

Review: I’m so happy I finally decided to go for it and buy this. Bestway Saluspa Miami with the Engery Saving Lid. 👍💙🩵💗It took approximately 2 hrs to unbox, setup, fill with water and discard boxing material.Temp reach 99 degrees F in 8 hrs. I couldn’t wait any longer so I went in 😂 it was WONDERFUL.I have had a very expensive hard shell spa in the past— this is way better‼️ Softer jets, deeper water level, much more spacious since you aren’t confined to the bucket seats.I purchased a soft cushion seat to sit on which is marvelous. I can’t wait until tomorrow to go in my SPA again😁CON: The Manual. Really. Bestway, you can’t have clear, worded instructions!? The pics I can’t make sense of. Also 2 parts I have No Clue what or where they go!! ???I watched several YouTube videos that are a big help for the setup process.Buy this! Spend a little more money and get the upgraded energy saving lid. Be patient, it’s takes 10 hours + to heat to 102-104.I feel that they should have put in 2 filters since it says to replace the filter every week in addition to rinsing it after every use.But all in all; Fantastic Spa at an affordable price‼️Just be aware you need to purchase the chemicals and replacement filters separately.

Title: Buyer Beware.
Review: My hot tub worked great for 11 months, until the pump died. Dealing with Bestway is a disaster. No online chat. Called the number, was told to put in a claim online. I did. Got a sketchy email saying I have to submit another photo, doesn't give me a way to submit photo. Go on website and it completely disapeared...something about the hosting site...but bestwayusa.com was just gone from the internet for hours. Messaged facebook account and they told me it's back online. My warranty claim doesn't show up in my account. Submitted another one. Doesn't show up. Submitted another one, and that doesn't show up. Bestway is sketchy and I highly recommend you avoid purchasing their products.Update: see photo. I put in a warranty claim and they are now saying the product was recalled, and yet it’s still for sale here. Sketch.

Title: WE LOVE IT!!!
Review: Water gets hot in a matter of hours, not days. Sturdy structure, easy to put together. Holds temperature well. Bubbles galore! We use ours for hours on the weekends and try to use it during the week as well. Afterwards I feel renewed like as if I’m on a vacation!

Title: Great purchase
Review: I purchased this hot tub 5 months ago. My husband and I really wanted a hot tub but did not want to spend thousands of dollars for a “real” one. We have used this almost daily since purchasing.The set up was a breeze, took maybe 20 minutes. Filled with water in about 45 minutes and was ready to go. We have hot water outdoors so I can not speak to how long it would take to heat from a cold tap temperature. I have found it heats 1-2 degrees an hour when we turn it down and need to get back up to temperature.We used this hot tub all winter in Massachusetts with no issues. From the research I did prior to buying it was not recommended to use inflatable hot tubs in temperatures below 38ish degrees. For the price and the use we got out of this I was willing to risk operating in well below freezing temps.As for the size, it is perfect for 2 adults. Any more you would need to be very comfortable getting cozy with. The jets work great for what they are. Running the jets does drop the temperature faster (in my winter only experience). We typically turn them on for 10 minutes and then enjoy without the jets to keep the water hot!Highly recommend.

Review: Everything is manageable about this spa except the constant error codes. I get the E02 which is low water level, clean filter or kinked line. All not happening. It will last about a week and then error again.
