Title: Most unique cookbook I have seen in some time!
Review: How to transform delicious Italian-American meals into of all things, soup?? After the first few recipes, I am a believer! I have followed Michele on IG for some time and she and I share a similar upbringing. We grew up with delicious homemade Italian meals and have continued to make those meals for ourselves and loved ones. This book is ingenious as it really does create a soup version of those beloved meals! The book has 31 recipes and each one is detailed from start to finish. I am finishing culinary school and can always tell when a fellow Chef is writing recipes. They are detailed and clear and approachable not only for the home chef but for those more experienced chefs as well. My first recipe was the sausage and pepper soup (pictured above) and let me tell you, it packed so much flavor! I also like that you can use the recipes as a guide and swap out ingredients based on taste. I am so excited to try the lasagna soup, the Philly cheesesteak, and especially the Vegetarian recipes such as cavatelli with broccoli soup. This is a great addition to my cookbook collection!

Title: Great Recipes and Reading
Review: I love everything about this book. So far I've made three recipes (Chicken Cordon Bleu, Orecchiette with Sausage & Broccoli Rabe, Prosciutto and Melon), and have been able to taste a couple of others made by friends.I consider myself a "novice tinkerer" when it comes to cooking - I love doing it, but am by no means an expert. These recipes offer a nice mix in level of complexity, are fun to make, have great instructions, and are all unique and tasty. I love to entertain and these soups definitely inspire conversation :).The up-front Getting Started section (with equipment and notes on the recipes), and the introduction for each recipe, were nice bonuses for me - just the right amount of intro and peek into Michele's inspiration for the recipes.I recommend this book for any level of cooking experience, and as a fun activity with family and friends (both the cooking and the eating).

Title: Simply Ingenious Recipes!
Review: SOUPified is an amazing cookbook! Yes, the recipes are easy to follow with great tips and instructions. But what's really stunning about this book is that Michele has truly, truly captured the spirit of each of the dishes -- in soup form! Who knew that was even possible for dishes like Chicken Cordon Bleu or a Reuben sandwich?! Just reading through it makes me hungry and the short descriptions/stories about each recipe put a smile on my face. I have tried quite a few of the soups so far and have loved every one! This book makes a great gift for yourself and others, and it’s a unique cookbook you’ll actually use and enjoy. The hard part is deciding which soup to make next! Thank you for making this winter more yummy, Michele!

Title: Down home, feel good, family food! Delicious and simple to follow recipes!
Review: Michele’s recipes are so easy to follow, even for beginners! I discovered her on Instagram and marveled at the beauty of the photos of her creations and references to love of family! I’m not much of a chef, but these recipes are so simple and easy. I made the lasagna soup tonight and loved the aromas as I prepared it and loved it even more when we started eating it. Shopping for the fresh ingredients was simple and prep to table was no more than an hour. My husband and I paired it with some fresh garlic bread and a great Malbec and it made the perfect Sunday night football dinner! Can’t wait to try another one of your amazing Soupified recipes!

Title: Soups rule!!!
Review: I love soups but I only make the ones I'm used to: chicken soup, tomato soup, split pea soup etc. After awhile, they get boring. I always try to look for new easy dishes to make, but I never came across new soups I would be excited to make....and then I discovered SOUPified!! So many options, so many amazing dishes I love, but never tried to make them in a different form. Fall is the perfect season to make more soups, and also to buy this cookbook as a gift. It is a perfect Christmas gift, not only for the ones who cook daily and want to 'mix it up', but for those who never cooked before and want to give it a try.

Title: Interesting recipes
Review: Although the recipes sound ok what I found very much lacking was the unprofessionalism of the writing of the recipes n not only the few pictures but the ones that were included were unprofessional n unappetizingSorry but this author needs help from a professional cookbook author n definitely a professional food stylist/photographer
