Review: As we age, our hearing will gradually weaken, and sometimes we need hearing aids to help improve hearing. This hearing aid is a very good product. It is small in size, comfortable to wear on the ears, and easy to operate. Just a tap can adjust the volume to your comfortable level. The two earphones are concentrated in a portable charging box and can be charged at any time. It can be used for 15-20 hours on a single charge. The charging box can provide 4-5 charging cycles, and there is basically no need to worry about low power. People with hearing loss can cause social phobia, and this hearing aid solves this problem well. It feels like a Bluetooth headset when wearing it, which makes me regain confidence. For elderly people with hearing loss, I would recommend this portable hearing aid!

Title: Worked great until they didn't (just 10 months after purchase)
Review: We were thrilled to find an affordable solution that was easy to use, volume adjustable, and rather stylish, but it didn't last. We bought them in January 2024 and they quit working in October 2024. The original listing we purchased from now says "no longer available" but this listing is for the exact same product with all the same images and the same company name. It says they have a 2 year warranty, but since the listing we purchased from is now defunct, I keep hitting a dead end trying to get replacements or any response at all. I welcome contact from Drowell and will gladly revise this review should they reach out and correct this situation.
