Title: Powerful Juicer
Review: Purchased this juicer as an upgrade to a very old juicer. This Hamilton Beach juicer is a nice upgrade. Its very powerful and juices hard vegies like beets really easily. The two speeds are nice so you can slow it down for leafy vegetables and soft fruits. The quantity of juice is very good and the amount of pulp/froth that comes over to the pitcher is pretty small. The pitcher does a nice job of separating out the froth when you pour it into a glass. Its pretty good about not making much of mess while juicing. There is minor spill over from the spout which is nice. Clean up is very easy as all the parts come out easily and rinse out in the sink. The extra brush for cutting blade/screen works great and keeps your fingers away from the blades and it really does a good job cleaning the screen/blades. I only juice 1 cup per morning so I am not making a large batch so I had no issues with the juicer shutting off. I bought this from Amazon resale and it basically was brand new.

Title: Compact & Gets the Job Done!
Review: Nice juicer for what I need it for at the moment...I've only used it for celery, apples & cucumbers since I received it...easy to operate, easy to assembls & most importantly, easy to clean. Pretty powerful as long as you dont put too much in at on time. May need to occasionally take the kid off and get the pulp out so it can fall in the catch container but other than that it's working out for me thus far.Not can't say that the customer service is the greatest but I won't hold it against them at this time, Ilk just say thiis...I was going to purchase another for my sister & reached out to them on pricing & let's just say, I decided to seek elsewhere.Be well, be safe and better days are coming soon!

Title: GOOD CHOICE on a budget
Review: This was a step down from the Jack Lelanne Juicer - but it is a VERY GOOD alternative for the budget. The noise level is loud - medium loud - and get get annoying after awhile. I like that the blade and the blade bowl are one piece - and so easy to clean with the brush that is included. However, when you put the blade/bowl one piece into the unit - it doesn't just drop right in. You have to fidget with it a bit to get it to line up and sit properly. Not a big deal - but over time could be an annoyance. Overall - it does the job - the juice is great! I love the mini-pitcher that is included - it helps reduce any foam when you pour into your glass. So yes overall a very good choice!

Title: Why it moves around.
Review: I bought this strictly for juicing celery and it's my first extractor. I was concerned about the negative comments regarding it's "moving all around the counter." When I first used it, this thing purred like a kitten and got the job done. After about 3 uses, and midway through my celery run, I noticed the celery had a hard time going down and had to be persuaded by heavy pressure on the plunger Then it started the notorious "dancing" around the counter. I discovered the reason why and the solution. The strainer has small micro blades. When they become clogged they stop cutting. When they stop cutting and more pressure is applied, the strainer is no longer seated properly on the base, so it is off kilter and commences wobbling. What I did was I looked down the chute, I saw the clogged blades, unplugged it, took out the strainer rinsed it off and properly seated it on the base. Problem solved. Works like new...again. So don't apply undue pressure, don't force it and if you're cutting really coarse items, check the blades periodically and clean them as necessary. It now works perfectly fine and fast.

Review: Update: I've now been using this juicer for a couple months and thought I should give an update. Don't buy it. If you are only looking to produce a single serving of juice, then you may be ok. Otherwise, this one is not for you. If you like to "bulk" juice like me, you are just setting yourself up for constant anger and frustration. This thing clogs almost EVERY TIME. The mess can be quite ridiculous. And you're left with a half of a batch of juice and your cut up fruits and veggies. The whole thing except the base needs to be cleaned after every use. So unless you have a dishwasher you plan to run multiple times a day, your are only getting one glass of juice a day. And have fun storing it. The locking bar makes it extremely hard to store. So you will need a large spot for it. In the end, don't buy it. Period.I've been using this for a little over a week now on a daily basis. I juice large batches of juice each time. As stated, I give it a 'B.'It's very easy to clean. Does not seem to have an issue with any fruits or veggies. My old juicer was hard to clean and struggled with "stringy" veggies like celery and beets. Down side seems to be it leaks somehow. Almost every time juice ends up leaking from under the spout. Which very quickly becomes quite a mess. I thought it was the pulp backing up. But it does it even after I've cleaned some out. If it wasn't for this issue, it would certainly be worth 5 stars. I will also say that even though it does seem to yield a lot of juice, the pulp is quite moist. So there's that as well.

Title: Messy for large quantities
Review: I've used this juicer for about 4 months. It does a good job juicing, and the noise which other reviewers commented on isn't that bad. The pros: easy to set up, fairly easy to clean, easy to box up when finished, and produces a good amount of juice. The cons: if you are doing a small quantity, then there's probably little mess. I typically do larger quantities--12-14 juice bags at at time. The motor shuts down when it's worked too hard (the instruction manual says this) and you need to take a 5-10 minute break between batches. Sometimes the juice drips down the side of the unit (as in overflows) and makes a mess on the counter. My previous juicer did not to that! That is probably the most frustrating part of this brand. I won't buy this brand again because of the messiness.

Review: I am having so much fun with this juicer! My first batch was an ABC juice (apples, beets and carrots). It was very messy and took quite a while to make, I had beet juice drops all over! This was to be expected…I should have started with a less messy food other than beets. Now that I know what to expect, I’ve refined my process and from start to finish (washing, peeling, cleanup), I can produce a batch of ABC juice in 30 minutes! I’m even making immunity booster shots for my son and he loves them! If you’re wondering why I mentioned peeling, I don’t include citrus rinds. I also peel carrots, ginger etc ONLY if I’m using the fibre in a muffin or loaf recipe. Next to zero waste and SOOO tasty! If you’re going to include rinds and peels, make sure you thoroughly wash the produce. This is a powerful juicer for a reasonable price. Highly recommended! :))

Review: I wanted to love this juicer but I’m returning it instead. After the first time I used it (celery) I cleaned it immediately after, but noticed all the clear plastic parts were stained green. I also only used the first setting but this thing was so unstable on my counter top from being on, that it regularly moved the pitcher and if I didn’t notice right away, juice would get everywhere. In addition, there is a very tight lip on the lid of this that I could NOT get to or clean, and celery fibre would get stuck in there. Tried everything even a brush and couldn’t get it out. The juice the machine produced was good, the pulp was still wet but I didn’t expect a 5 star juicer at this price. However, for all the reasons listed above, I am returning after 2 uses.
