Title: Great Book!
Review: This book is really well done.It starts out with an introduction as well as a small bit of info on nutrition. There is also a fitness assessment, a bit about goal setting and recovery. (Mostly how to use a foam roller (highly recommended).Now for the meat of the book!There are loads of exercises and the exercises are explained well. There are full color photographs to help you understand what you need to do for each exercise and show correct form. The exercises are also broken down into categories: Cardio, Upper Body, Core, and Lower Body.There are a multitude of routines. Intro levels, 1,2,3. 1 being the easiest, and by easiest, I don't mean in any way that it's easy! And if those are too easy for you, are also hardcore routines.Each routine is listed in chart form, which exercises to do, for how long, any rest time between exercises, how many rounds, and how much rest time between rounds.There is also a section on programs. There are 3, 7, 14, and 28 day challenges. They list which routines to do on each day.There are tips and tricks sprinkled throughout.I have only done one routine so far (I got this book yesterday), don't be fooled by the seemingly easy exercises. The ab one is a burner!!I would highly recommend this, so far, and I'm excited to get working on some of the other exercises and routines. Yes. I said I was excited to workout! The exercises are intense but they don't take a lot of time to do. (Recover? Well, that's a different story!)

Title: Perfect!!!
Review: This book is perfect for a beginner!!! I was asked to start teaching a HIIT class, I have a Pilates background, and had no idea what to do. I've taken HIIT classes before, but never taught one. I bought this book, and it was perfect! Simple, easy to understand, and the workouts are great. This book gives lots of options for different lengths of time for a workout. If you need a 15 min to 1 hour workout, it explains it all. There is no need for any equipment. This is all body weight workout. I taught my first class and they said it was a good workout. So thank you Mr. Bartram. The funny thing is I didn't know who Sean Bartram was when I bought the book and after reading it, I was pleasantly surprised to find out he owns a Pilates studio and trains the Colts cheerleaders. This book was a prefect fit for me. I also like doing this workout at home when I need cardio. I have given up running for this workout. Better on my joints and I feel I had a better overall workout.

Review: This is a great book, I love that they have a lot of work outs lined out, along with photos to show you how to do them. I don't know why people are stating they don't show you how to do the workouts, the pictures are in the book. If you need more explanation then that you can easily look them up online. The workouts are hard and they have 3 levels for each one. In addition they have "Challenges" which I think is great and it lines out what you do on what day. I also like that they include stretching in the book as well. My friend and I are using this book and are having great results.

Review: I use this book on a weekly basis. It is easy to follow, great instructions and pictures. I learned a lot just reading the intro. I took a star off as some of the moves are not listed in the Index and so I would have to go through the book to find it.

Review: This is a great book, you get tons of routines so if you just need to follow some routine you can pick any and just do it without second thought. They are adjustable for any level and challenging enough. I personally do different kinds of sports since I was 8 years old and these kind of workouts really do help with loosing weight and boost your endurance, but you really have to do each exercise the best you can. You'll be amazed how strong you get after a couple of weeks doing these routines. These workouts are not designed for gaining muscles, but with а clean diet they will help you to look like a fitness model for sure(If you really do the best you can each time you exercise and sweat!)

Title: Diffcult to follow the moves.
Review: I was looking into reviews of Body Boss and sa2 this book recommended as an alternative. It's about $50 cheaper so I tired it first. I found the format hard to use. The workouts are in one section and the explaination of the moves is in another. So you end up flipping back and forth which is annoying while trying to work out. I'm athletic I have a lot of experience with work outs and I found the explaination of moves difficult to understand. Still not sure I did half of them right. The workouts I liked and thought they were challenging. I ended up buying body boss because of ease of use. Each workout has pictures of the moves listed. Also if you're really confused they've got video clips on their site. All that said as I stated this book is much cheaper so its a viable option.

Review: I have previously been doing some youtube HIIT workouts and read this kindle book with a list of HIIT routines and explanations of each exercise. The book also covers briefly on HIIT benefits, nutrition, fitness goals, warm up/cool down exercises. I have been really enjoying making up my own challenging workouts, prefer my own workouts rather than doing a youtube exercises.

Review: I love fitness books, but often it's a lot of talking and not that many routines. This book is nothing BUT routines. I fell in love with HIIT because of Shaun T's INSANITY workouts, but I did it so much, it got redundant and I got used to it. Also doing those particular moves started to get really hard on my knees and shoulders and I was getting injured.This book lets me pick and choose routines I want to do without feeling like I have to repeat the same thing over and over (and I can also substitute and modify moves based on what my body needs). It's broken up into 3 levels (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced) and tells you how long each routine should take (so you can also decided based on how much time you have) and it also puts together 3 day, 7 day and 1 month plans to follow in case you want to take the guess work out of what routine to do each day. And there's also a reference to how to do each of the moves described with incredible glossy photos.Honestly, I really look forward to working out because of this book. Because I'm prone to injury, I do a combo of this and the treadmill in my condo gym for cardio with Mary Helen Bower's Ballet Beautiful for strength and one day of full body weights in my condo gym and I can feel (and see) a difference.
