Review: My husband used for starting campfires. He did use 2 or 3 for each fire but only because he said he "didn't want to mess around." I think 1-2 was all that were needed. The fires started easily. The bag was thick and great for storage. No smell to the "pod" and I think they will store well until next years use. Very pleased with purchase. Would purchase again.

Review: These are by far the best for starting a fire. It gets pretty windy up here on windy hill and even that doesn't stop them from failing. Highly recommend this product. I most times don't even use kindling. Just 2 logs and all set. Second time buying and most definitely will buy again.

Review: I use these to start the charcoal already loaded into my PK 300 smoker/grill when I'm going to do low and slow BBQ. Works great. Light right up and keep burning long enough to get the coals going good. Glad I got em. Enough in the bag to last the BBQ season and into the next.

Review: These things are amazing, prior to finding these I wasted so much time with kerosene, lighter fluid, tiki torch oil, etc….trying to get a fire started. Now it’s just sit one of these down light it and lay some wood on top. (Note ya can’t smother them)So laying two pieces down then fire starter…. light it and a piece or two across the top. You have fire within minutes. As a former Vet. The fact that they employee disabled Vets is a pleasant bonus. But besides that they just work, hands down best bang for the buck price wise and easy of use. You will not regret this purchase!!!!Side note I don’t do reviews like ever…so being that I took the time to says something!Additional note, they burn longer then the advertised 10-15 Min burn time, another pleasant surprise!

Title: Best fire starter pod, bar none!
Review: These are, without a doubt, the best fire starters for a fantastic price. All the 1 star reviews are ridiculous. Most were because they came in a plastic bag and not a box. Big deal! And the one review who said they used the entire bag for one fire - wow dude, are you trying to start your fire with an 8-inch log? They work really well. I used to use rolled up news paper to start my fires in my fireplace, but now, one pod and it’s going in a matter of minutes.
