Title: Good Vitamins for Skin
Review: Pretty good value for a quality product.

Title: Not the best value
Review: You need to take 4 tablets which I find difficult and is not cost effective. It does however have some quality ingredients in and is a nice supplement.

Title: Too many pills to take
Review: Having to take 4 capsules makes this particular product more of a nuisance to take than its value. As to its efficacy, as with all supplements, only time will tell whether it provides the advertised qualities. Being on a fixed budget, this product is also hard to replace on a regular basis. It is not one I personally will be replacing.

Title: Loaded with lots of great vitamins!
Review: Wow - these capsules are loaded with lots of great things! I'm in my mid 40's so I'm always looking for ways to nourish my hair, skin, and nails. First, I love that this anti-aging formula has 3000mcg of Biotin in a daily serving (= 4 capsules), as that really helps my nails from breaking as easily.I also love that each serving has 21 essential vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants in them - including Vitamins A, B, C, D, E, Thiamine, Folate, etc. These capsules are easy to swallow and don't upset my stomach, which is a big plus. The only downside is that you have to take 2 capsules at night and 2 in the morning, and sometimes I don't always remember to take any pills at night. Overall, I'm pleased with this supplement and will continue to take it daily.

Title: Mostly a good mix, but biotin is very high
Review: I mostly really liked the ingredient mix, but a daily dose of 3000 micrograms of biotin is higher than I am comfortable with. Biotin has great benefits to skin and nails, but I couldn't find anyone who recommended that dose. The capsules themselves are on the larger size, but smooth and easy to swallow. I would still take them, but not at the recommended dose on the package.

Title: Good mix of vitamins
Review: This is a good multi-vitamin. You do need to take 4 pills per serving/day.

Title: Nice Variety of Vitamins & Minerals
Review: This “anti-aging formula” seems to have a nice variety of vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients. Taking the suggested four capsules per day (two in the morning; two in the evening) can provide above and beyond the 100% daily value on several of the included nutrients. The gel capsules are easy to swallow, and I haven’t noticed any kind of stomach upset or other negative reactions. As I age, I try to incorporate additional supplements into my daily routine, because I’m fairly sure my usual diet is probably not providing my body with everything it needs to be healthy. So, I’m hoping that by taking these multivitamins that they will fill in the gaps for what might be lacking in my diet. If I end up with healthier hair, skin, and nails, that would be a wonderful bonus.

Title: Multivitamin with LOTS of B12 and Biotin
Review: Looking at the supplement facts on the bottle, it is very similar to my current multivitamin with a mega dose of vitamin B12 and biotin. Both of these vitamins supposedly help with hair, skin, and nails, although I haven't seen much difference before and after taking these compared to my regular multivitamin, which also had a decent amount of these two (although not as much). I'm not convinced that simply taking more of them would have any effect unless you are deficient in one of them to begin with. Also, I have to take 4 of these for a serving size, compared to one with my old multivitamin. Since I haven't had any negative side effect from using this product, I'll finish the bottle then probably go back to my previous multivitamin.
