AT&T 213-11 Black Corded Phone is a basic phone that's reliable and easy to use. It uses a simple corded operation and is made of sturdy construction. The base can be placed on a convenient surface or can be mounted on the wall, saving on counter space. A 10-number memory dial feature lets to store your most frequently called numbers (up to 21 digits). A directory card is provided to keep track of all memory dial settings. A redial feature lets to quickly call the last outgoing number (up to 32 digits). Three ringer settings (off, low, and high) and three handset volume levels permit customization. Switchable tone and pulse dialing methods are also provided. The illuminated keypad helps to operate the phone even in darkly lit areas, while a prog/mute button on the handset lets you hear the other party while muting your side of the conversation. It also comes backed with a one-year limited warranty.

Title: VERY NICE PHONE
Review: Nice home phone, it does a lot for the price. You can turn the ringer on or off, it lights up on top of phone for incoming calls and you can adjust the volume, mute, redial, flash, and memory to store people phone numbers.

Title: Simple phone that does what it is supposed to do.
Review: Simple and easy to use phone without a lot of complications, but I can't give it a 5 star. The most important thing for a phone is voice quality, and this could be better. The sound is a little tinny. I would gladly have paid more for a phone like this with excellent, high fidelity sound. I don't need a bunch of gadget features on the phone. My priority is good audio listening and speaking quality. But, it serves my purpose, so I will keep it.

Review: It is good to have a phone that does not require power to operate for when the power goes out. Which happens in my area a lot. This nice little phone fits the bill. Numbers easy to see.

Title: Useless in power outage with fiber optic
Review: I bought this phone as a backup during a power outage/hurricane. This phone will not work in a power outage if your home has fiber optic cable instead of the old copper wired system. I would have been better off buying a second cell phone which can be charged in a power outage via a solar power bank. Otherwise the phone works fine.

Title: It works well and was inexpensive.
Review: I liked that it had many messages from people that my other phone wasn't accepting or saving for some reason, calls from months before that went into my backup voice messages. Calls like important messages from health care providers and a plumber. Like the big numbers, too.
