Title: Great product, mesh hard to clean
Review: Me and my family went for a long trip to Japan. We were so excited about eating Yakiniku that when we came back home we just had to order a Japanese grill. This grill is absolutely great. The heat is strong enough to sear the meat quickly and it’s easy to use.A few things to be aware about though -1. This isn’t ideal for using inside your home. It’s smokes pretty bad. Use a big fan, even two. If you have a porch - better.2. The extensions are pretty much worthless - you can’t rotate the skewer and the meat/chicken takes forever.3. The mesh is impossible to clean. I’ve tried every possible scrubber and nothing works.So.. it’s not perfect but for this price it’s totally worth it.

Title: Great grill
Review: I tried it last night and it was amazing. It does smoke a lot so i recommend using it outdoors. The flavor the grill gives the meat is amazing. Just like a kbbq spot. 10/10 would recommend this type of grill rather than the griddle style.

Title: Love this product!
Review: I actually saw this lil grill while in Japan and ordered it from Amazon to avoid lugging it home. Family dinner night now includes a grill night. First use was skewers of cubed wagyu, bacon wrapped mushrooms, chicken & onions, and more. I recommend getting the thicker bamboo skewers since the grill does get hot and the thin skewers tend to burn (yes, I did soak them for 2 hours). I'm going to try making smores for dessert next time.Clean up was easy as the grill disassembles...not sure if it's dishwasher safe. The grate needed some serious soaking and scrubbing because teriyake/bbq sauce is messy to grill with. You might have a problem with smoke if your meats are really fatty so use in a well ventilated area.Easiest thing to use. Pop in a cannister, add water to the bottom of the grill and you can start cooking immediately. Might be your go to item when the power goes off =)

Title: Exactly What I Needed!
Review: Arrived in perfect condition.It gets plenty hot very quickly. It's very easy to get some good char on your food.My only complaint is that the hot zones are directly over the burners. The center of the grill will not do nearly as good of a job as the points over the burners. However they will absolutely get an amazing char on your food still, just not as quick as it would directly over the burners. A future model with a center burner would make this perfect.Regardless for my needs in a single home, this is perfect! I get amazing char on my proteins!Note: I strongly suggest using this out doors. This is NOT a smokeless grill and will produce a lot of smoke.

Title: Doesnt get hot enough to sear
Review: It's a nice unit, but it really is no better than a frying pan. In fact, a frying pan on a portable stovetop would do just as well or better. The flame shield prevents the grill top from reaching a hot enough temperature to sear. I will try taking that flame shield out and see if it works better. The only thing is that it will only get hot where the flame is. It could benefit from an upgrade. I am disappointed.

Title: Yakitori at home
Review: I'm a sucker for kitchen gadgets, cooking tools and this has been on heavy rotation.I was inspired after a recent Japan trip to attempt yakitori at home. Initially, I wanted the charcoal grill but I saw the skewer stands using this butane one and the ease of use sold me.This style of cooking really imparts a lot flavor, the kind you can only achieve this style of cooking. I just sprinkle a a bit of salt and apply Bachan's BBQ sauce towards the end so it can caramelize and you have a heaven on a skewer.It's best to use outdoor but still works well indoors although it can get pretty smokey. It's also great for hosting although due to the smaller size of the grill it can take a long time to cook to your desired doneness.

Review: La caja llego rota a mexico con el empaque original y una de las pestañas estaba dañada. Amazon debería agregar empaques para productos importados de los Estados Unidos. Lo arreglé y estoy muy feliz con el producto.Además, cuidado con las latas de butano propano hechas en México, no tienen protección de seguridad contra explosión como las marcas de otros países. Así que ten un poco más de cuidado.

Review: 家でお酒を飲みながら焼き鳥がしたくて買いました。やっぱりフライパンで鶏肉を焼くのとは全く違いますね。換気扇の下で使えば煙も全然気になりませんでした。火力がかなりあるので置き方を工夫しないと串の部分が焦げてしまうのがネックですが、総じて満足です。

Review: 主に牛焼肉で使用、肉の表面がいい感じに焦げて美味しくなります。・良かった点　火力。偏っているが焼き方次第で便利です。ガスが時計回りに巡っていて手前が強く奥が弱いので手前で焼いて奥でしばらく保温という使い方に落ち着きました。　洗い方。パーツが分かれるので漬け置き洗いができます。鋭利な部分があるのでゴム手袋が要るでしょう。　収納。纏め用のバンド付きです。おそらくアウトドア用かと、箱にも収納しやすい。・残念な点　着火。点火装置が付いていますが無いものと思った方がいい。マッチかライターを使ったほうが早くて安全でしょう。　面積。ちと狭い。不満という程ではないがこのタイプで1.5倍くらいあればもっとよかった。概ね買ってよかった、値段に見合ったものでした。
