When H1 is successfully connected to the phone the first time, it will automatically search and reconnect the device after power on. If it fails, please re-pair and connect. H1 can reconnect within 10 mins, if more than 10 mins will be turned off.

How can I delete the paired record?

Press and hold the MFB and Volume - buttons for 5 seconds to clear the pairing record. After deletion, H1 will not connect the device automatically.

Why can't i hear the caller's voice when i make a call with the headset connected, and it's hard for them to hear me?

Title: Works great
Review: I use these for work and I'm very happy with them. They work great with my PC and listening to music or videos and on meetings with Teams and zoom. The sound quality is acceptable and I haven't had any connectivity issues at all. I will say they aren't the most comfortable if you're wearing them all day. Besides that, I think they work great for the price and they keep their charge very well. The range is pretty good I can get outside pretty far without issues. The buttons work and are responsive. All in all a great buy!

Review: Purchased these since my expensive headset broke. The quality is great and people say I sound better on these than my blue parrot headset (450xt). They allow you to play music through them and the battery lasts well over 15 hours with constant use.My recent trip to Atlanta from Virginia they were used the entire time and battery still didn’t need charging until the return trip 6 hours into it. My new fav headset. You can buy 4 of these for the price of 1 blue parrot or Blue Tiger headset and 10 of them compared to the new Garmin headset. #Truckersfav

Title: Very impressed. My permanent go to.
Review: Being a trucker driver, having a reliable Bluetooth headset is crucial. I've used buds, around the neck headphones, and even bone conduction headsets. While most of them worked properly they just wouldn't totally mask the background noise or were not loud enough unless you had both ear pieces in which by the way is illegal while driving. But this headset is absolutely perfect. It is loud enough when driving and people ask me if I'm in a room by myself. There is literally no background noise. It is also very easy to use and maintains it battery power under normal usage for several days. It charges quickly at home and in the truck. The boom mic is adjustable and doesn't even need to be close to your mouth. All around it is very comfortable but your ear can get a little warm after long periods of time especially in warmer climates like Florida where I live. All in all I am very impressed with this headset and it will be my go to from now on. If it ever breaks I will get another just like it. It cost less than more name products but in my opinion performs as well if not better than it's pricier counterparts.

Review: It’s easy to use and fits very comfortably. Great at noise cancellation.
