Review: When we make salmon, shrimp o other seafood, we put lemon 1st, olive oil, salt & to get the greatest flavor,Chef Paul seafood Magic, weather you grill, or broil (excellent for Cod or other fish).May husband makes a tartar sauce with Clausssen pickles sandwhich slices, from Walmart. He cuts up small & pats dry with a Scott towel, then you can add a mayo of your choice. WE love it on cod!Namaste,Yoga KatAZ
