Title: Better than shine n jam!!
Review: First off this stuff is magicccc! Shine n jam is a great brand but this is better! The hold is great for braids and it doubles as an edge control. It lays my 4c hair down like no other. I love how it doesnât feel or turn greasy like other brands do. And it smells sooo good! Iâve seen ppl complain about a white cast being left, and while that is true.. Iâve noticed it only happens if thereâs no products in my hair or if I use too much. A little really does go a long way trust me! But itâs an easy fix. Just take a little bit of oil and rub it over the white spots if it happens. Or Iâll spritz water very & then apply some oil. Donât worry the oil & water wonât lift the hold on the gel if you use just a bit.

Review: This is my go to edge gel now! My aunt who does my hair always gets me hip to what sheâs using when I ask because my edges stay slayed for 2-3 days which is rare for me. The smell is phenomenal but since itâs water based it might not be the best for other hair types. But gel texture usually hardens my hair and leaves white residue and this doesnât!
