Title: Great except for one thing
Review: Overall a good Chromebook, especially for the price. Keyboard has a good positive feel and layout. I like having the number pad. The HD 1080 screen is excellent, very sharp. Performance is great, very fast startup and switching between apps. WiFi is strong, it works everywhere in the house as well as outside on the porch. Battery life is very good even when watching videos. The touch screen is fine but since the screen doesnât fold all the way back into a tablet itâs not something I use very often if at all.The only disappointment is the speakers. They are positioned on the bottom side which is not a problem when using it on a flat hard surface, but this is a laptop and when using it on your lap the speakers get covered by your legs so the sound is muffled. Other than that Iâm very happy with this purchase.

Title: Why are you asking touchscreen rating for a unit without a touch screen?
Review: Nice basic Chromebook. This chromebook has updates until june 2031. When Shopping for Chromebook deals, go to google and check "Manage policies for ChromeOS devicesAuto Update policy" for when that model ends support. Google says they support Chromebooks for 10 years, but you need to look up, when the 10 years expires for the model you are looking to buy. Beyond this detail, it's a Chromebook, as described. If you don't need a MS machine for some unknown reason, a Chromebook will provide you with a better web experience. If you only need basic Office type programs, check out the Google suite. I still have a couple MS boxes, one for my Plex server, and one I run TurboTax once a year. Unless you keep it on all the time, MS updates will render the machine unusable foe the 1st hour you power it on. Chromebook, very fast . Email, eCommerce, social media, streaming, YouTube, use a chromebook.

Title: Slowest Chromebook I've Ever Owned
Review: I purchased this new Chromebook as my last one was too old to receive updates. Checked reviews and thought I was making a good choice at the time. The speed is ridiculously slow, it's beyond frustrating. My internet speed is perfect, so not the problem. Now I'm past the return window and just really disappointed.

Title: A steal at the price I paid.
Review: I bought a refurbished model and I am glad I did. It saved me so much money. When I received it, it was for all practical purposes, new. The paperwork was the only thing missing. It is a quality product and works as described.
