Title: Don’t buy it, it’s a garbage!
Review: I was initially happy to own a juicer that is easy to clean, but now I want to warn you: don’t buy it. I purchased this juicer on 8/23, and in less than three months of use, the machine is completely dead. It was problematic from the start, constantly having issues and frequently stopping mid-use. When I reached out to customer service, their response was frustrating and unhelpful—they claimed the juicer couldn’t handle “too much pressure” or needed time to rest, which is ridiculous for a product meant to blend fruits seamlessly.Even after following their suggested methods, the machine failed completely. To make matters worse, customer service refused to take any responsibility, offering only excuses instead of real solutions. This shows poor product reliability and an equally disappointing level of customer support. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for a reliable juicer and a company that stands by its products. Again, plz “avoid to buy this garbage “
