Title: Lacks quality control
Review: I bought a twin pack of the product. One pen was fine. The second pen was defective. I twisted and twisted the bottom but no whitening gel came out and the brush popped out - it appeared the gel had dried out. The good pen I used first, so by the time I went to use the second pen - the return date had expired. So I have no recourse now. Hope this saves you the trouble.

Review: I would always open the pen to find that the gel has seeped out after use. The fist pen run out in barely a week. Not worth your money.

Title: Dispensing Problems
Review: I was happy to find this whitener as I currently use Invisaligners. My orthodontist said it would be okay to use despite the Invisalign buttons on many of my teeth. The directions are to twist the bottom of the pen to dispense the solution, but the solution doesn't dispense! It doesn't matter how many times the bottom is twisted, nothing dispenses. However, if you store the pen upside down, the solution eventually comes down. So there may be some on the brush and some that is getting hard in the cap. I cannot comment on the whitening abilities of this product as it is supposed to be used up to 4 times daily, but I cannot use it that often due to the difficulty getting the solution out.
