Title: Check your Induction cook top hob diameters and the pan base flat area diameter before buying
Review: Pans are great. I have a GE 30" Induction cook top. It has a 6, two 7 and one 11" hob. The Ninja 9.5 inch frying pan works well on the 7 inch hob. My 12 Inch Ninja frying pan base is actually only about 9 inches on the flat part of the base (yes it is 11 at the top of the pan "curved sides" and the 11 inch hob will not recognize it as being on the stove. So my 12 inch frying pan is worthless because the 12 inch pans wont work on the 11 inch hob and they are too big for the 7 inch hob if I want to use both hobs at the same time. The 12 inch skillet seams to work ok it is actually 10.5 inch on the bottom.Again great pans, good quality but I should have checked base diameters. Induction cook tops are very sensitive and if the pan base is not close to the same width as the hob it will not detect and heat up. a 12 inch frying pan does not have a 12 inch flat base.

Review: I really wanted to love these pans, and for the first few uses, I did. After a week or so of usage, they started to burn, stick and discolor. I followed all their care instructions, but in the end these pans are NOT non-stick. I thought it might be a once-off, so I had one pan replaced by Ninja. But it continued to happen and across all pans.Ninja won't refund, just replace. So I imagine I'll be calling them every month while under warranty to replace them.Almost $300 wasted. Just awful. Stay clear of them.

Review: I've had this set for almost a year now...it feels great quality and very sturdy however it does sick and the coating even chipper really easily on my pot. We've been more careful with this than our older cooking pans and pots and we've been following the specific cleaning instruction to ensure we aren't compromising the non stick coating so that the non stick performs as advertised but it doesn't. I expected better than this based off every one else review. Maybe they're were all too quick to review? And reviewed based on initial impressions.
