Title: IDEAL PARA TRABAJOS EN CASA CON EXCELENTE CALIDAD DE IMPRESION
Review: TenÃa mis dudas de comprarlo por el bajo precio. Pero este printer imprime, escanea y fotocopia. Ideal para mÃ. No tiene fax. No envÃo faxes. Pienso que por eso es el bajo precio. Pero llegó rápido, bien empacado. Fácil de conectar e instalar. HP Envy Ispire 7958e vale la pena. Siempre he comprado impresoras HP.

Title: Printer seems okay, I hate the HP app and instant Ink
Review: The printer itself seems to work pretty well, when it works. Seems to be hit or miss sometimes. My biggest issue is with the instant ink subscription. They do everything they can to make you pay for this monthly subscription. I recieved ink cartridges from them, stored them. And let my subscription lapse, I just don't print much. So months later I install one of these cartridges and guess what, the printer won't let me print using that cartridge till I sign up for their instant ink service. The whole printer just stopped working till I paid them money, using a cartridge I had already paid for. The other issue I have is the printer disconnects itself from the internet on a regular basis, turns out I had to turn off the 5ghz connection on the printer, because of something to do with airplanes flying over. Overall I'm not that impressed, maybe it's just the learning curve involved. I want a printer I can plug in, load a driver and go to work, print, &scan. It just hasn't been that simple with this. Plug and play, should be just that simple by now.Update: it's worse than I thought. I'm supposed to be able to print from anywhere to this printer at my house using the app on my phone. I'm at my house trying to get a document scanned to my phone from the printer. The printer and the phone are on the same Wifi network. The Bluetooth connections are on, even the WiFi direct function is turned on and the app tells me I have no connection to the printer. They have just complicated this thing so badly that everything is a struggle just get anything done. I'm going to go all office space on this thing and go get a printer/scanner that won't refuse to work every 5 minutes.Edit: I originally gave this printer more stars but with time I have truly grown to hate this printer and the HP smart app. If I could give it less starts I would. I would give it minus stars. Today in the middle of printing some important medical forms it starts telling me that the paper is too long, it can only print 2 sided on certain paper sizes. I printed 6 sets of prints 2 sided on the 8.5 x 11 paper that HP sent me, then it starts this BS. Now it's wasting paper and ink and telling me the very paper I've been printing on all morning is suddenly the wrong size. I'm going to take it out for target practice and buy a printer that actually does what it's supposed to.

Title: Problems occurred with set up
Review: Now that everything is finally working I do have to say I love the printer. Prints very fast, beautiful photos but, while attempting to set this beauty up I encountered some issue. This printer was not recognized on my device and even though I went through the set up steps numerous times it would not complete the set up. Finally after trying for 2 hours I called HP tech support. ( number was nowhere to be found in the manual so I googled it.) After going through the same steps I did, they concluded that some important drivers were not installed properly and had to install them for me. After that it was easy peasy and it up and printing. Amazon did nothing wrong. This was all on HP and I'm so happy it was fixable cuz I really like this printer. Definitely will injoy printing more with the instant ink program.

Review: I bought this printer primarily to scan documents. The document feeder is useless. HP sent me a replacement printer. Same document feeder problems, but this printer wouldn't print MS word documents properly. Support suggest I pay for support to fix this!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PIECE OF JUNK!!!! No wonder Consumer Reports rates HP printer lowest!!!

Review: The fact that HP stands behind the quality of their printers should give every customer confidence in their HP printer purchases. I recently purchased this printer from Amazon and I soon learned that it was defective due to a hardware issue. When I contacted HP, their technical support team confirmed the problem and arranged the delivery of a replacement printer at no cost with a one-year warranty and a 3-month supply of ink.I strongly recommend this printer. Its set-up was a breeze. The quality of the print copy is excellent and it scans well.HP provides 24/7 technical support and the company stands 100% behind the quality of their printers. For the reasonable cost of this printer, you receive technical support and superb customer service. Donât hesitate to buy this printer.
