Title: Beautiful
Review: I love that it’s the tank is glass and it won’t absorb the scent of the different oils I diffuse. Not to mention that it looks beautiful, it’s super quiet and easy to use. I ordered it in the morning and got it midday, so far so good. Can’t say much about durability since I’ve only used it for 1 day.

Title: We love this diffuser
Review: I bought this for my wife as a gift. We are both very happy with the purchase. She has other diffusers, and this is now her favorite. This was less expensive than her others and exceeds in quality. She says it is convenient to fill the large reservoir and easy to operate. She did have a question for customer service and there was a very quick response. Looks great in our house. We both recommend.

Title: Do not waste your money on this!!!
Review: I'm returning this product bc A) It leaks terribly due to it's design flaw. The way the top fits on the bottom piece leaves space when diffusing for the oil and water to leak out the edges. It took me a few days of diffusing to figure it out.. I kept noticing a sticky residue on my counter and water all around the diffuser. I'm a busy mom of 7 at home, so I just kept wiping up the mess chalking it up to something the kids spilled until I sat and watched this after filling it up. I did notice there was no scent coming from my diffuser, which I found odd. But once I figured it out and smelled my counter and rag I wiped the mess up with, ta da! There was my oil. Not where it should be.I would look elsewhere bc this is a waste of money.

Title: Seller replaced damaged item
Review: UPDATE::The seller is very responsive and sent a new diffuser. The replacement was packaged up nicely in a box (the first one came in a plastic bag inside the Amazon box). So far so good on the new one! It is beautiful and seems to be working properly.Original review:: Was very optimistic after reading the positive reviews. I did a lot of research and purchased this one as a graduation gift. It was carefully packed away to take to use at college and it won’t even turn on. We’ve watched videos for tricks to getting it to work and nothing works. Now it’s outside of return window and this splurge was a disappointment.It arrived with no box and just in a plastic bag (I saw others mention styrafoam packaging) so maybe this should have been my first clue. But since it was a gift, I didn’t want to put water and essential oils in to test it. Very sad because it’s a beautiful diffuser.

Review: It is my second diffuser. The first one was not reliable. So I bought this one. It has worked perfectly every night for three months. Suddenly, after cleaning it, the button stopped working. I emailed the supplier to have information on how to fix it. Two hours later, I had an answer: the supplier (not Amazon) shipped a new one. The day after, I received it! I highly recommend the product and the supplier!

Review: I like that it's not too big as to take up too much space on my desk. Easy to assemble and set up. Looks quite nice and it works really well. It's got 3 time settings which is nice so you don't accidentally leave it on and use up all your oil in one shot. It's a bit on the pricey side though but it's still quite nice.
