Always press down and up and not drag it all around your dead skin. Then guide the pus up and out by gently squeezing the base.
If required, repeat the process for each effected area.

Title: This thing WORKS!
Review: I ordered this hoping to get rid of a couple really deep blackheads that were raised to the surface of my skin appearing like a blemish that would not pop. This did the trick!!! Worked GREAT! Also a great too for blackhead removal in general. Just make sure to get all of it out, otherwise your skin can break out (but that is not at fault of the tool 😉 )

Title: Not intended for Milia
Review: I finally decided to try and remove the milia that had formed around my eyes on my own before seeing a dermatologist. When I searched 'milia remover' this item appeared along with some facial treatments.It's very easy to use and didn't cost much however it should definitely NOT BE USED FOR MILIA. It may be great for popping pimples but my doctor explained that pimples are pores that have been blocked and milia are skin cells trapped under the top layer of skin and not within a pore. So if you try and pop milia with a lancet it will only cause inflammation and irritation. Nothing can be pushed out.I know companies want to include as many uses for their products as possible but it seems irresponsible to state this product can be used to remove milia because it definitely can't and shouldn't.

Review: This little tool is amazing. I used to use scalpels to try to nick the skin before trying to extract the milum and it just wasn’t effective.
