Title: Works hreat!
Review: I've had this for over a year now and am still very happy with it! It's used at least 5x week for me and the BF. It's still going with no problems! Very easy to use. We don't use the frother very often, just lazy. When I do use it, it works great! Honestly, we've been slack about cleaning it properly, regularly, still no problems. Nice and.compact, too.I bought this to see of we would actually use an espresso machine enough to make it worthwhile to invest in a "bigger, better" one. And we have!Definitely worth it if you're on the fence!

Title: 1st Espresso Machine and I do not regret the purchase.
Review: I normally brewed coffee, but after visiting my mom and trying her few grand costing coffee machine, I'd see what I could do with something within my budget. Setup was easy, the espresso maker makes a decent cup of coffee, and the frother, container is pretty convenient and does a great job. I just pour straight sugar free creamer into that side milk reservoir, make my coffee, then place the container back into the fridge. Just make sure the portion that dispenses the frothed creamer or milk is pointed towards the cup. I forgot one time, and doubt I'll do that again.

Title: Wonderful machine and company
Review: I love this machine! I miss my lattes when I’m not home. Follow the instructions priming the machine, clean it after every use, and you’ll be very happy with it. When I got the machine, I wasn’t happy about how many times it beeps because my dog hates beeps. I emailed customer service and they spoke to the engineers and told me unfortunately there is no way to turn this off. My dog got used to it! After a few months, a little part popped off and I couldn’t figure out from where but the frother wasn’t working. I emailed customer service and they sent me an entirely new milk tank in TWO days!!! The customer service is outstanding. I love my little machine and it was worth the money. I hope to have it for a very long time.

Title: Coffee is sooo good
Review: Great with oatmilk (the creamy or barista versions). Keeping the milk container in the fridge and just plugging it in when you're making coffee is very convenient. The coffee maker is noisy as they all are, but nothing too bad, and if you haven't had an expresso/capuccino/late machine before... you want one! I enjoy the coffee way more than before since I have this machine

Title: Unpredictable results
Review: I bought one, and it's noisy, buzzes. I programmed it to dispense twice as much for each 1 cup and 2 cup by following the programming for setting and resetting the amount dispensed for each.. The old machine, tho buzzy, did in fact dispense the correct amount for me 1 cup = 4 oz, 2 cups = 8 oz. The factory is 1 cup = 2 oz, and the 2 cups = 4 oz. this default is for those small espresso cups. but can be programmed for coffee mugs that are 8 oz.However, I didn't like the buzzing, so I decided to get a replacement, but I planned to test them side by side. A). it didn't buzz like the first one B) it refused to accept the programming on the 1 cup, 2 cup. to increase the dispensing by double so the 2 cup would = 8 oz. IT WOULD NOT Program, each test it produced half of what I wanted. To sit and press two cycles to dispense what I wanted, means sitting and waiting..This device.. 2 out of 2 machines, one worked, the newer one did not.. I'll put up with some annoying buzzing, but I'd rather it dispense what I want; so the possibility that these devices are not properly tested at the manufacture (in china, of course); So, the new one is going back now..Buyer beware.
