Title: Nice book not enough rice recipes
Review: I only gave it 3 stars because there was a lack of rice dishes. It is a beautiful book, great pictures, recipes are for large rice cookers or crock pots. I have a mini rice cooker. I did not send it back because it is such a nice cook book, its going to be a wonderful gift for a friend who has a large rice cooker.
