Title: Excellent recipes
Review: We have made some really great ice cream using these recipes. Especially love the blackberry, strawberry and salted caramel pecan. I did modify all by decreasing the cream a bit and increasing the milk by the same amount to reduce the fat content. So much better than store-bought! Also has recipes for gelato and sorbet that I haven't tried.
