Title: Compact and makes great coffee
Review: I got tired of paying $7+ for a cup of coffee so I decided to get my own espresso machine. This was definitely the right choice. I love the compact size that doesn’t take up much space in my kitchen and the price is great. It’s super easy to use with the options on screen and cold brew is an added bonus. The coffee comes out tasting great and the steam option works well for making lattes/cappucinos. Overall it’s a great quality machine at a reasonable price, definitely recommend it.

Title: Good espresso maker!
Review: Easy to use. Make sure you follow the instructions to make a good espresso shot. It is easy to clean, the 37 oz water tank is amazing! I haven't tried the iced coffee yet, but the espresso shots are great. I'd suggest running the coffee maker a few times before you drink the coffee. Enjoy it!

Title: Works Well / Instructions Unclear
Review: Let me start by saying that overall, I really like this machine. There are far more positives about it than negatives, but I will go over them all so that you can make an informed buying decision.Before I get to the main review, please note that the instructions sort of suck. The machine needs to be primed the first time you use it. The main instructions do not mention this at all. There is a small slip of paper in there that does mention it, but the directions are wrong or, at best, unclear. Here is how I finally got it to work...Fill the tank with water, put the filter on with no coffee in it, turn on the machine, and press one of the hot options to preheat the water. It will then beep 5 times after it is preheated. Next, grab an empty cup and press the "Steam" button. Put the cup under the steam nozzle and open it up until water starts flowing through. Keep running water through until it stops "farting" and all the air bubbles have been cleared out. Now, place the cup under the filter and press the cold espresso button. Wait until the water has finished running through the machine and now you're all set to go. Okay, onto the main review...First off, the price is very reasonable for what you're getting here. This machine makes a great shot of espresso, which is by far the most important function of an espresso machine. It is able to achieve very high pressures, resulting in a shot that is flavorful and packed with crema with little to no bitterness (when done right).It can do a shot of "cold brew," which is something new to me. It does this by pressurizing room temp water and brewing it like espresso. The result is actually palatable, but it's like weak, cold espresso. I still prefer making cold brew the traditional way, but if you need an iced drink right away, it's a cool option to have.The americano option is not that great. The problem? Too small. It barely makes like 4 oz. or so, which is nowhere near a full cup of coffee. Also, it doesn't make espresso and then add hot water. It seems to run the extra water through the grounds. Not my favorite. Just brew a double shot of espresso and then add your own hot water.The steam wand works well. However, as with almost any steam wand, it's a pain in the neck to clean, so you'll probably be reluctant to use it often, which is a shame.Some final notes...1) The machine tends to vibrate a lot. Be aware of this, because it can move the cup off-center enough to cause spills.2) The instructions tell you to use a medium grind. I found that a medium-fine grind works better. I would suggest starting with a medium grind and then trying finer grinds until you reach the type of brew you like best.3) The scoop/tamper thing is meh. If you can find a metal or wooden tamper that fits this machine, you'll be much happier.

Review: I tried to find a machine to make cafe latte with reasonable price. The machine appearance and design are cool, and its function to make steamed milk is great. Espresso taste is also nice. Maintenance/cleaning is easily done. I’m satisfied with the machine.

Title: Excellent espresso maker!!
Review: Ordered this to replace our well used but older machine and because we were looking for something that could also do cold brew. This one does the trick! It's a great machine and we are very pleased with it - here's why:1. It's super easy to use. It comes with great instructions in case you need them but honestly the machine operates pretty intuitively...so if you have made coffee in any kind of brewer with a basket, then you can use this too with no issues.2. It makes so much more than espresso - you can do cold brew, ice coffees, cappuccinos, lattes and much much more! I love a fancy coffee and sometimes an iced brew later in the day and this does BOTH without blinking an eye.3. It has touch screen operation so you pick out what you want by literally selecting the image of what you want to drink. All you have to do is select your beverage (after you had done the prep work of course) and press the picture of what you want. Wait a minute or two and enjoy!4. It has an excellent milk frother that heats up quickly and does an amazing job in getting you nicely foamy milk. All of the espresso machines I've owned have had this function but I can honestly say that none do it quite as well or as quickly as this one does!5. It has a 51mm basket and comes with replacements so you can use a small tamper with it, no problem.6. It is a 20 bar machine which means you get creamy, delicious espresso every time. (For reference, you only need 9 bars of pressure to make good espresso...so this machine gives you more than you need!)7. It is a nice design that looks great in your kitchen and the footprint is small and slim, so it won't take up your whole counter...allowing you to still have other brewers next to it etc.8. It's a great price considering how well it works and the quality of the design.9. The removable tank is excellent and very easy to operate. Less mess on the counter when you are filling up the machine with water is a good thing!10. It has very stable footing with rubber suction cups that keeps this in place with no issues.11. It has a lot of little "extra" features too like a cup warmer, auto shut off, etc.12. Makes a great gift for any coffee lover, or for a housewarming, etc.Overall, for the price, this is a fantastic machine, whether you are a pro at making espresso drinks or just getting into it. It is probably one of the nicest, most effortless experiences I've had with an expresso machine. I highly, highly recommend this machine!
