P.S. As I work on this description, I must tell you, I just ate my 20th chocolate chip cookie within a 24 hour period. THAT'S how good my chocolate chip cookies are. I ate 11 cookies last night after making a batch (of 40 cookies) for a book client who came over for my assistance with photography, etc., and then 9 (left over) cookies this morning for breakfast. Now, not that that's healthy or good for you, HAHA, no (i.e., eating 20 home baked cookies within 24 hours) ... BUT, that's just how GOOD/ADDICTIVE my cookies are! Can or do other chocolate chip cookie bakers eat upwards of 20 of their own cookies in a single 24 hour period? Or do they eat only 1-3 because? They're really not THAT good.
