Title: Works great
Review: Even though I bought a refurbished version of this item, it still works great. I am happy with my purchase. It works well and it doesn’t leak water. I wish the tank was bigger but that’s a minor complaint. It doesn’t take that long for it to heat up. I prefer the Turbo mode as it just works way better than the other mode. I wish the slide button was different. It is easy to move around so sometimes you accidentally remove the lock mode. It removes the wrinkles pretty well and it feels durable. It is very easy to use. I am not a big fan of the design. It looks outdated but as long as it works, I think that makes it have a lot of value for your money.

Title: Efficient & Reliable
Review: This is a powerful steamer that quickly removes wrinkles. It has a decent sized tank and I love that it can stand on its own. This feature is handy when I am adjusting garments and for storage. It heats up fast and water doesn't drip onto my clothes at all. (I've had that issue with other steamers.) I haven't experimented with many different attachments but they are easy to swap out. The one for clothes works well. This steamer seems well made and durable so I'm hoping it will last many years like my Rowenta iron.

Title: First unit didn’t work, second unit is awesome
Review: Update: second unit had no issues. I should say that I had a faulty unit once before this and that’s when I went with a conair but when that failed I wanted to give this unit another shot. So in this case third times the charm. I really enjoy the unit I think it sputters less than the conair and I like how the front plate allows for me to press collars and such. I would recommend this unit and buy it again myself.Item didn’t work directly out of the box. Everything powers on, all the lights work, pump makes noise, no water is taken from the tank. Let it run for about 10 minutes and nothing. Troubleshot but unable to figure it out. Giving it one more shot.

Review: So time saving! Easy just put water in and in seconds it's ready! It's durable but not heavy ..I just put my garment on a hanger and hold it up. And wrinkles are gone!

Title: Excellent Easy To Use Hand Held Steamer
Review: I watched several reviews on this Rowenta Handheld Steamer…they were all positive. It was also recommended by my daughter who purchased an earlier model. She researches to death, everything she purchases. If she endorses a product, I know it’s of good quality worthwhile purchasing. It works as described, does a very good job of eliminating wrinkles, is simple to use and seems to be of excellent quality. I use distilled water though tap water is recommended. This eliminates any possibility of mineral deposits which can shorten the life of any appliance that holds water. I tend to err on the side of caution. I purchased a Rowenta iron several years ago. It was very expensive compared to other brands, but it was superior in quality and functionality. I am a home sewer and have purchased at least 8 irons over the past 30 years. I also ironed all my husband’s dress shirts for work before he retired. I would never substitute my iron with a steamer. 100% fine cotton dress shirts require a quality steam iron as do 100% cotton garments, however there is a need for a hand held steamer if you want to have wrinkle free 100% wool jackets, blazers, dress pants, skirts and other pieces of clothing that don’t lend themselves to ironing. There were some reviewer’s complaints regarding the size of the water reservoir which holds just under 200 cc’s of water. What reviewers fail to realize is this: The larger the water reservoir, the heavier the steamer. I don’t want to have to lift a steamer which holds 400-500 cc’s of water. Water is heavy! It’s much less effort to refill it as it runs out of water. When I use my steam iron, I have to refill it every time I iron 1 cotton dress shirt, so it’s no big deal to me to have to refill this steamer. (I use allot of steam when I iron!) I highly recommend this brand & model of handheld clothes steamers. Remember to use caution if you are steaming synthetics. I would hold the steamer farther away from synthetic fabrics just in case it is too hot. For this price point this is an excellent value for the money. The same steamer is $124.00 CDN plus 13 % tax, do the math. I know this is a great value!

Title: I USED to be a big fan of the Rowenta brand but this steamer is a bit disappointing....
Review: I own 2 other models of Rowenta steamers and love them. This lead me to purchasing this steamer.I like the different accessory attachments included with the steamer. I like the design and quick power up feature that allows you to use the steamer seconds promptly after powering up the unit. I like the long cord and the auto off feature that kicks in and shuts down the steamer after being left idle for an extended period of time.Dislikes are, I wish the water reservoir was a little bit larger and held more water which would extend the steamer usage time. I don't like after about 4 or 5 mins of use the unit spits water out onto the article of clothing that your steaming. This can really wet and dampen your garments to the point where after steaming you will need to let the article of clothing dry before wearing it. The spitting out of water from the steamer is not so apparent in my video because the shirt is black but this is a constant occurrence I've experienced since I've been using this steamer. Lastly, I don't like the power of the steamer going up and down which causes the steamer to go steamless for about 13 to 20 seconds while in use. This extends steam time of the article of clothing that you're steaming. My other Rowenta steamers don't do this. This is why I can only give this steamer unit 3 stars out of 5.11.27.2023 Product update: A little over a month (10.16.2023 purchase date) after purchasing this steamer the product no longer is producing steam. Unit powers on but will not generate any steam. Rating decreased to 1 star. I now have to use my extended warranty that I purchased for this product due to the purchase being over 30 days and outside of the Amazon return window. This is a terrible purchasing experience and I will not be purchasing any more products from this company.

Review: First off, I bought this steamer to replace a series of cheaper ones that I’d been using and replacing nearly yearly. First impression out of the box was that this was much nicer, more robust and heavy duty.I did notice water condensation in the tank when I first opened the box. My husband pointed out that they probably test it at the factory. Lo and behold, it said this in tiny print on the box. So, it wasn’t used but just quality-controlled!Using the steamer was really nice compared to my previous ones. I like the on/off button and auto shut-off for when I step away. I’m quite keen on the bubbling sound it makes when I steam, as I know it’s drawing on the water reservoir and it sounds like a friendly kettle. The unit is a bit heavier on account of its better construction, but that doesn’t phase me for normal daily use. For travel, it would be a bit bulky/heavy and I’d consider purchasing a smaller/folding travel version instead.I would recommend this steamer as well as Roweta products. I also have an iron which I adore!
