Title: Very easy to make, pretty bland
Review: I gotta add mix-ins to this one, but it's much faster than making congee in the rice cooker or on the stove. Great for a quick snack, very customizable. You can mix in seasonings, proteins, eggs, vegetables, whatever you want. Title: Box damage is O.K. but..
Review: I ordered this product in September, but the expiration date is November 2nd. I couldn't return it because I used it without knowing that it had a short expiration date.

Title: Broccoli-flavored rice powder gives your dishes an unique edge!
Review: This rice powder is so incredibly (and unexpectedly) useful in your cooking! It doesn't exactly taste very strong of broccoli, but has more of a cream of broccoli flavor. Just very strong of cream or milk with broccoli as an aftertaste. I don't care too much for congee, so I used this to season some creamy pasta sauce and boost the flavor in some broccoli and cheese soup. It thickened both up extremely well, and gave it a slight broccoli flavor. The thickness of course increased the longer I cooked the sauce and soup, so this seems best used as the final ingredient with certain dishes (and to note its delicious with butter-based ones). Anyway, really not bad. Mixes very smoothly and with no clumping to deal with, flavor profile is subtle, will definitely thicken your foods, ot heavy with salt, and the versatility is welcomed.

Review: This cooks up into a very smooth thick porridge like consistency. It has a faint taste of broccoli, but itâs very bland. I didnât realize when I ordered this but I think it is intended as baby food and for that it would probably be fine.
