Title: A sleep formula that actually works for chronic sleep issues!
Review: I've always had problems sleeping for more years than I want to remember. I have a very busy life and find it very difficult to stay asleep. I've tried everything under the sun and either it doesn't work very well or it leaves me in such a stuper the next morning I could barely function. I came across this product on Amazon and was willing to give it a try as it contains a combination of many of the natural substances that I normally have taken by themselves. I thought it was worth a shot. Upon taking the first night, I quickly fell asleep and to my amazement, I stayed asleep all night without waking up. Equally important, I woke up with a clear head and wasn't groggy at all. This sleep formula is definitely worth a try. If you are one like me that has chronic sleep issues, this product might just be what you have been seeking.

Title: Did not work for me at all
Review: Did absolutely nothing. I have tried so many sleeping supplements, and this is the only one that didn't do a thing. My insomnia is 100% related to menopause. I have other products from this manufacturer that I have found to be effective and produce results. Sorry to say that this was a waste of my money. I took 12 of these just to finish up the bottle last night, and was still awake the majority of the night.

Title: This is some AMAZING stuff!
Review: Iâve worked with Joanne with Shrink Shop to improve my fitness and nutrition and the years and let me tell you, this woman knows what sheâs doing. She does her research and is very sharp. She genuinely wants to help people and isnât in this for the money. AS for the sleep formula.....I LOVE this blend! Iâm a huge fan of melatonin, lemon balm and skullcap and this blend uses these and more. Iâve been taking it for a few months now and have so much more energy during the day. I get right to sleep about 30 minutes after taking and if I wake up in the middle of the night Iâm able to get right back to sleep which is something Iâve always struggled with. I always wake up feeling refreshed and well rested. Nice work Joanne, the is some AMAZING stuff!!

Title: It Feels Great To Sleep Again!
Review: I've always been a good sleeper until menopause hit and it all went away. If I could get to sleep I wouldn't stay asleep. I've tried many different products that included various teas, 5HTP, Melatonin and other over the counter products such as Quantum Sleep, All Natural Sleep, the sleep list goes on and on. None of these products worked as well as this Sleep Formula. Knowing from experience it can take up to a few weeks for my body to respond to new products I was pleasantly surprised to get good results within a few nights of taking the Sleep Formula. I fell asleep and I stayed asleep throughout the night and just as importantly I did not wake up feeling like a medicine head! YEA! Finally! A product that works!

Title: This formula has changed.
Review: I have used a sleep formula from The SHRINK Shop for a while now and I liked it. This time I received a revised formula, which has added ingredients, such as 5-HTP, which is not indicated in the description when you buy it. The new formula does not say how much of anything is in it, including melatonin. Then, when I went to return it, they are charging me $5.99 on an $18.00 item. I am not pleased with any of this, and will not used this product again.
