Title: Counterfit?
Review: I doubt this is real Cephalon, EVERYTHING will stick to it and immediately burn. It has been the most frustrating pan ever. Extremely disappointing and ruined several of my meals. Finally cutting my losses and throwing it away. It came in a seemingly original box, there is the logo on a pan etc. BUT it performs like the cheapest piece of garbage of a pan that anybody could find.

I have had previous Calphalon® products for over 20 years that withstand the test of time and dishwashing and this one will be just as good and last me just as long, I'm sure! Happy Camper!

Review: I love the way food does NOT stick to the pan while cooking. Transfers heat evenly. The pan is lightweight as the glass lid is the heavier item of the pair.Excellent price and a great pan.
