Each fragrance is made with 100% ORGANIC essential oils (and nothing else) that will help naturally retrain your sense of smell as quick as possible. Each scent is super easy to use and is full of pleasant aromas that correspond to the four main categories that make up our sense of smell, otherwise known as the odor prism. With daily use, you will be smelling again in no time! Trust us, we lost our sense of smell too and that's exactly why we made this product.

Title: Smell
Review: I haven’t been able to smell for 16 months and these are very unpleasant smell for those who can smell so. I don’t know how my review will help. I brought in hope to help me regain my smell. It didn’t work. I had my daughter to smell them she said peppermint smelled like it and the others doesn’t. So if u can’t smell have someone who does to make sure it is what it said they are.

Title: It works!
Review: Decided to try out the smell therapy when I lost my taste and smell. After Covid all meat , citrus, coffee, and chocolate tasted and smelled rancid. I was very desperate to get my senses back and after some research , I decided to give this product a shot. I didn’t end up buying the vol.2 because within about a week and a half my senses started to come back and now I am fully back to my old self. Did the process right before bed and I’m very thankful for this product!

Title: who even knows what cloves or rosemary smells like?
Review: While these are common additions to recipes, I haven't used them enough to know what they smell like. My husband confirms that the peppermint and lemon are true to smell. I haven't had any improvement from using these. I also use horseradish and cinnamon, to no avail.

Title: A Good Option
Review: First thing: There is no guarantee that olfactory training of any kind will work. It helps some people. Others not so much. These are helping my wife regain her sense of smell slowly. I would recommend these, especially if you are allergic or sensitive to the eucalyptus or lavender used in similar products.

Title: Waste of money
Review: I am trying to recover my sense of smell and was excited to try this product. I could only mildly smell the peppermint stick. So, I had my husband, who has his sense of smell, try sniffing these sticks. He said the fragrance of the the clove, rosemary and lemon were so subtle that it's difficult to smell them.I have purchased some inexpensive spices from Aldi and Lidl. That's what I'm using for retraining my sense of smell. I'm finding that's far more helpful than these sticks.I'm only rating this product with two stars because I can detect the peppermint fragrance.

Title: Worth a shot
Review: The product scents are accurate...I was just too stubborn to continue use, even with my nurse wife attempting to make sure I continued using. Didn't help that she contacted covid a second time at work, and shared it with me again, setting back any progress. If you have lost your taste, these are worth a try.
