Title: Great tasting water! Easy install if you are handy.
Review: I just want to start off by saying my dad can build a car and a house from scratch, and he has done both… He was the one that installed this and it took him 30 minutes at the very most… I would recommend either paying someone, or knowing somebody that is extremely handy or installation might be a little difficult for you. I sacrificed my sprayer hole that was in the granite already so we didn’t have to drill another hole… I figured if I ever need a sprayer I’ll just get one that attaches to the faucet. It is very quiet I don’t hear it at all… I know some of the other reviews said it’s loud when it’s filling up but I don’t think it is one bit. It is the best tasting water we’ve ever had, and I can be at ease knowing that my children’s drinking water and my newborn’s bottles will be safe. The whole family loves it, and when company comes over they always comment on how good our water tastes. It doesn’t come out super fast but it’s not slow either, and the tank fills up pretty quick as well.

Title: Extremely clean water
Review: I have an older house with galvanized pipes. The person working on my plumbing suggested I get a reverse osmosis system, so I read a lot of reviews and chose this one as being effective and reasonably priced, and did not require an electrical plug under the sink. (No electricity is required.). The plumbing person then installed it for me, cutting a little hole in my steel sink’s rim for the tap so I did not have to give up my sprayer hose. The water tastes very clean, and after some research I feel it is safer than tap water coming through my old plumbing. For my friend it was not difficult to install, although I would not have attempted it myself. The canister should be completely emptied of water every two weeks, and a bleach solution poured through every 6 months upon changing the filter; the company’s site has instructions, and there is much information online about these things. One thing to get used to is the gurgling noise, but it is as easy to block out, the way you block out fridge or A/C noise, after a week or so. Additionally, it takes up over half my under-sink space, something you may want to plan ahead for. Overall, very delighted with this product.

Title: Leak in system manifold, replacement failed
Review: We made this purchase on July 17 only to discover that the system manifold has been leaking water steadily for the past 8 days beneath our sink. The unit itself seems to work great in terms of the water it puts out. I will change this review to five stars if we're able to resolve this issue with the vendor in a timely way.Update: Aquasana was responsive and got us a new replacement part for the system manifold within a week. However, that part was also defective in exactly the same way. I've used their two filter product before and that was great. This product; however, apparently needs some quality assurance work. I would personally not recommend buying this product until the company makes it clear this particular part reliably works. Our under sink area was flooded with a small amount of water every day for an entire week before we noticed an issue, and by that time mold had set in. If you do get this unit, place a large casserole dish or similar below the system manifold and check after installing to see if it's working correctly.

Title: Delicious water, moderately difficult installation
Review: I installed this water filter 3 weeks ago, and have generally had a good experience with it. The water is delicious and completely free of chlorine smell (the most obvious issue with my water). It tastes so good that I've stopped wanting to get the "filtered" water at my gym and bring it from home instead. It was my first time installing an RO system (I'm home repair inclined but not very experienced), and it was a mixed bag for me. The instructions are clear and there's a video on their website just in case. First issue I ran into was that the thick plastic sleeve that cinches up the faucet to the countertop was not appropriately sized for my 1 inch countertop. It was too big and the screw too small so maybe it would fit a half inch countertop? Not too big of a deal, I grabbed my multi tool chopping device and cut half of the sleeve off, then it fit fine.As I got farther into the install I read that you're not supposed to install the waste line onto a sewer line that has a disposer. Well that's a problem because that's the only option for me on a single tub sink. So I drilled the hole at an angle as far away from where the disposal spray should be going, and I'll see if it ends up getting clogged (has been fine for 3 weeks). Then the issue came up that the drain saddle fitting was just all broken to bits inside and the tubing wouldn't press-fit into it. I Amazon'd a competitor's drain saddle for about 7 bucks which worked. The next issue was my own where I cut some tubing too short and crammed the remineralizating filter into too tight a space, kinking the line. Since it was so tight I didn't see it and ended up calling Aquasana's customer support line where they ran through the list of possible issues for slow flow until I found the kink. Give yourself enough tubing length! The final issue was when I started getting water on the floor of the cabinet. Removing the filters and making sure they were correctly seated solved that issue. I do like the filter design but they're not completely foolproof I guess. The flow is good, but will slow down as the tank empties. Not to a painfully slow level, just noticeable. Then it refills all of it in one go so sometimes it gurgles as it refills for 20 minutes at a time. It's not bothersome to me, however.Overall a positive experience and I'm very happy to have the water despite the issues with install.

Title: great quality
Review: I have had three reverse osmosis systems over time and this is the best with very easy to change filter elements but may want to have plumber install if you don't have much "handyman" experience with plumbing

Title: safe water with certification
Review: We have been using this product for 5 months. We are very pleased with it. No leaks. The PH was too low with original mineralization so we ad an Ipsring alkaline filter to it. We originally looked for a product that is capable to filter out the most things. We live in an area that is polluted with PFOA and some battery factory are also nearby. This product has an advanced carbon filter also and osmosis, so I can only hope it filter out all the things that are harmful. We use this water also for cooking.
