Review: I made a smoked jalapeno meatloaf on the grill. The cedar didn't overpower the wood smoke and kept the meat very moist. The plank was presoaked and had little charring so can be used at least a second time. Thickness and size were perfect for this application. Anxious to try Salmon next

Title: Board Set on Fire
Review: Okay so this could totally be user error as it was my first time using something like this. Which is why I did not want to rate any less, just in case.However, I DID follow instructions and soaked the boards before using as stated. One of the boards was fine and the other completely set on fire/burnt. They also smelled odd. Didn’t seem to add much flavor to the salmon so overall was not worth it to me, especially for the price.
