Quick Help -When the neck BUTTONS not work?

NOTE:

Please place the guitar flat on the desktop after playing the PC games. Note that the PC guitar cannot be placed vertically. There is a bead explosion switch in the guitar. When the guitar is placed vertically, the bead explosion switch will be turned on. The computer may be abnormal. Try to turn off the power switch at the guitar in time after the game.

Q: No guitar indicator?

A: Please check whether the positive and negative poles of the battery in the guitar are installed incorrectly.

Q. Rockband game mode doesn't work properly?

A: Please check whether the guitar is switched to rockband game mode. If it is successfully switched to rockband game mode, the red light of the receiver is on.

Q. The pressure bar has no function or the pressure bar is abnormal?

A: Do not touch the pressure bar before turning on the guitar power switch. Please turn off the power switch and turn on the power again.

Q: Sometimes the guitar BUTTON doesn’t work. The neck buttons did not work

A: Please check whether the metal probe of the guitar rod is oxidized; Whether the position probe of the guitar rod connected to the main body is bent or blocked by other things; If the metal probe of the guitar rod is white or black, it indicates that there is an oxide coating. Please gently wipe the metal probe with an alcohol cloth or eraser. (if the guitar is not used for a long time, please pack it in plastic bags to avoid metal point oxidation).

Title: Locks ALL other input devices after ejecting dongle.
Review: Typical les paul guitar controller, easy to set up, works great Until you realize you can't use any of your inputs after you're done using it. If you have a wireless mouse, the dongle interferes with the connection, so you're forced to wire it, if you even have a wired/wireless mouse.Not only that but my $200 wired keyboard is rendered completely useless until I restart my system, and my mouse has the opposite functions (left clicking acts like right clicks). So I mean if you don't like using your system after playing a bit of guitar hero on PC then sure. Great grab.Which makes it a whopping 1/5 stars.

Title: Works perfectly!
Review: Was able to plug and play right away, immediately synced with Clone Hero on my PC after plugging in the dongle. It's pricey, but it's really only about $20 more than what people are trying to charge for old, used guitars; so all things considered, this is a great deal for a brand new controller. 5/5 would recommend for my fellow PC jammers.

Title: Don’t know if it works for older consoles but not for PS5
Review: When we got it, it was in great condition box and all but when we tried it, it didn’t work but all we had to try it in was Fortnite festival so it probably would’ve worked on other rock band/ guitar hero games but not on Fortnite festival. So if you have a PS5 or only have Fortnite festival you probably shouldn’t get it but if your on pc or have a rock band/guitar hero game then give it a try.
