Title: Easy way to eat your fruits and veggies
Review: I love the idea of juicing and smoothies because it makes it super easy to get in a ton fruits and veggies. This book has about 130 recipes across all kinds of flavors and profiles. The ingredient lists are clearly written and they are all ingredients that can be found in regular stores. The directions are also clearly written in step by step fashion. There is a meal plan provided as well. A special bonus I was not expecting is the short section on some workouts you can do at home. I think this is a well done book.

Review: I love making smoothies - it's a great way to get in additional nutrients and it's easy for on the go mornings. This book is filled with 134 different smoothie recipes. The recipes take just a few minutes to put together. Each recipe has nutrition information included. My husband really liked the minty yogurt with chocolate chips.

Title: Expected Simple
Review: I have been through the Smoothies for Beginners book and was disappointed, based on what I expected. Anyone who is going to try many of the 134 recipes will need to have a very large refrigerator and possibly a separate freezer. With the word 'beginner' in the title I expected that the recipes would be very simple and uncomplicated. After reading through each recipe, I feel as though I must have a full spice cabinet and way too many different items in my refrigerator or freezer. Note: I live alone. For those who are into having a large amount of different foods in house, this book could be helpful.
