Title: Easy to install, Easy to use
Review: I was pleasantly surprised by how easy this was to install. If you know how to turn a wrench, you can do it no problem.Using it is just as easy. There are two hidden nozzles - one for each body part that might need cleaning. Turn the knob to the right for one, turn it to the left for the other. The further the knob is turned, the more powerful the stream. While there are no adjustments for direction, let's just say the aim was true.Seems to get the job done and definitely an exhilarating experience.

Title: Water doesn’t go through
Review: I’ve been hesitant buying this bidet regarding the low price Of this item. But I decided to purchase it because Most of the reviews were good. We have another bidet at home And we never had any problem. This one was installed and within a week stopped functioning. It looks like something is blocking the water. We tried fixing that but it keeps happening again and again. We are definitely not satisfied with the purchase. We didn’t installed it right away and couldn’t even use it 1 week before it stopped functioning. Now return window has passed. I was excited to try the feminine cleaning feature.I don’t recommend this product!

Title: Just one important little part missing.
Review: The only reason I could not give five stars was that just the absence of a washer in the adapter cost me more than the actual bidet. I asked the handyman to install it since he was already installing a new toilet. He spent about 30 minutes looking for a washer that he said should have been in the adapter. After digging through my garage for washers, we finally found one that he thought might work, but only after another 30 minutes of charge for his services. This was my first bidet so I was just excited to get it installed with the new toilet that day.

Title: Great Purchase
Review: I am partially disabled and use a tool for the bathroom. This was a great purchase. I never thought that I would ever use this, but now I wish I had bought it a long time ago. This really helps with my bathroom needs. I’m so glad that I have one now. I think everyone should have one of these. It was very easy to install, I’m 74 and I was able to do it. I highly recommend this product for everyone. I bought this on August 15th and it’s now November 2nd and it’s leaking from the control knob. There’s no way to fix this. My return window has now closed and I am stuck with it. I will try to contact the manufacturer and see what they will do. I still like the use of the product and will buy a different one. Great idea but a bad product.
