Review: We moved into a corporate apartment and couldn't bring our traditional sound system with tower speakes and sub, it was just too loud and too much for this space. And my husband would be too tempted to crank the sub haha. So we downgraded and got this not expecting much. It absolutely gets the job done. The app and eq settings are a super nice feature. The surround sound is adjustable and very clear. It's exactly what we needed for this space. Perfect for movies, and music from time to time. I set it up in under 20 minutes. Instructions are easy to follow. Awesome system for the price.

Review: This sound system is very easy to set up. It can be controlled with app. The sound system fills the whole room with its sound and feels like a cinema. The audio is clear and bass is deep. For this price, it definitely s worth every penny and more. I use it with my projector and there is huge difference in my experience as voice from projector is coming from behind and quality of voice from projectors is not great. So, my experience has been great and I will definitely recommend it!

Review: Ho già avuto modo di apprezzare i prodotti ULTIMEA e anche l’AURA A30 non ha deluso le mie aspettative. Si tratta di un piccolo sistema audio per Home Theater dotato di 5.1 canali e di surround virtuale. Non occupa molto spazio e si può comodamente installare nel salotto di casa potendo contare su un modulo centrale Bluetooth, due diffusori satelliti e un subwoofer per la riproduzione dei bassi. Può essere facilmente controllato da telecomando, ma per chi desidera affinare le funzionalità del prodotto, è disponibile anche un’applicazione per Smartphone che consente di equalizzare le frequenze audio per la riproduzione ambientale.Il modulo principale è costituito da tre altoparlanti con coni di dimensioni ridotte al fine di supportare le frequenze medio-alte della gamma audio. Il pannello superiore prevede una serie di tasti touch per l’accensione del sistema, l’accoppiamento Bluetooth e il controllo del volume. Sul pannello posteriore sono presenti un’interfaccia ottica, una porta USB-A, un ingresso per l’AUX, uno per il subwoofer e uno per l’alimentazione a 24 Volt. Il kit comprende tutta la cavetteria necessaria per collegare la Soundbar al televisore, compresi il subwoofer e i diffusori satelliti che possono funzionare sia in modalità cablata che wireless.Alla prima accensione il sistema si predispone automaticamente in modalità Bluetooth per essere associato alla TV, al PC o al dispositivo digitale che preferiamo. Va tuttavia ricordato che non si tratta di surround reale, in quanto la riproduzione spaziale viene calcolata sulla base di un algoritmo integrato nel sistema. In pratica il software aggiunge punti di ascolto virtuale laddove non sono presenti altoparlanti fisici.Dopo aver installato l’AURA A30 in mansarda posso dire di aver migliorato la qualità del mio Home Theater senza grandi stravolgimenti elettrici preesistenti. I suoni sono chiari e puliti, così come la voce e la musica che vendono riprodotte discretamente senza distorsioni. I bassi non eccellono ma suonano decisamente meglio risetto al suono piatto del televisore. Con il telecomando è possibile selezionare varie modalità di ascolto per adattarsi alla riproduzione di film, musica e gioco. È altresì possibile personalizzare l’ascolto ambientale utilizzando il software di equalizzazione messo a disposizione dalla casa madre. Se si desidera riprodurre il contenuto audio di una chiavetta basta inserirla nella porta USB-A della Soundbar con la possibilità di leggere i formati MP3, APE, FLAC e WMA. Se invece preferiamo riprodurre una sorgente analogica è sufficiente inserire il cavo RCA nell’ingresso AUX. Tuttavia, i migliori I risultati si ottengono con l’interfaccia OPT che permette di collegare il cavo in fibra ottica.In definitiva l’AURA A30 si colloca tra i prodotti di fascia media con lo scopo di potenziare la sorgente audio dei dispositivi domestici, occupando il minimo ingombro all’interno di ambienti di piccole dimensioni e mantenendo un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Review: Ordered via vine.I am an audiophile with a mini studio so Audiophile Hi-fidelity and an expensive Full Sound System with DAC/AMP and 2.1 with full acoustic sound treatment, used for both Music and Movies. So this is what I am used to. However I'll be reviewing this as a 5.1 surround system since they're not comparable either in price or performance or category.So when this came up I'm always interested in trying anything audio related. Even knowing it's very entry level and that I may not end up using it.,But I was able to test it with my Living Room setup, which also has a cheap 2.0 active stereo speaker setup as it's rarely used.As for the £75 RRP at the time i've ordering, I knew this was really the most basic of entry level and budget friendly sound systems. However I must mention, that this Vine listing was listed at £75 but I found their identical and existing A30 listing for £99 which is still available to buy at that price currently whereas this one is not - And i'm 100% certain the products are identical.Although ULTIMEA do make quite a range of low cost audio and Hi-Fi devices, this Aurora A30 seems to be their entry level model. The full kit includes the following:1 x Soundbar, 1 x Subwoofer, 2 x Surround Speaker1 x Remote Control (Battery not Included), 1 x User Manual1 x Surround Cable (6m), 1 x Digital Optical Cable1 x Power Adaptor for Soundbar, 1 x Power Adaptor for Surround Speaker8 x Wall Mount Kit, 4 x Wall Bracket, 4 x Mounting Screw on SpeakersIt also have BassMX (trade marked) and SurroundX, but I have no details and what this technology does.And with all speakers looking adequately premium, and only 2 power connections in the wall required, you can hide all these cables quite easily except for the rear satellites which may be harder to conceal. The subwoofer, whilst not huge or for bass heads it is also quite compact when positioned on the floor.With the soundbar acting as the front two channels, whilst I personally think it's reasonably attractive looking for the price. This is one reason why Soundbars cannot compete with L/R stereo 2.0 speakers or true 5.1 system that they do not include a soundbar which in this system counts as both front and right audio channels - though technically they are a single channel including the passive Subwoofer.That's because this soundbar is compact in its width, it's going to be far shorter than the width of your Television. And what this does is limit the soundstage which by audiophile standards, the L/R speakers would ordinarily be placed either side of your TV, and with the angle toed in to form an equilateral triangle with your seating position.However this is a sub £100 unit, and most budget 5.1 systems will use a soundbar/front speaker as their 2.0 stereo channels., unlike the rear speakers which can be positioned at greater distance from each other. With the 2 channel L/R speakers being built into a small soundbar, if I'm being very critical but then for proper L/R front soundstaging, the width of this unit will inevitably create a narrow soundstage vs 2 independent speakers. However, for it's low price this is acceptable.Although ULTIMEA state this is a 250W system, that's actually peak RMS. Peak RMS is the momentary times when there's a drum beat or similar in the song, when each midwoofer is able to create a short momentary loud moment in the song. It's true and Constant RMS is most likely 125W. Which doesn't sound like a lot, but it would be significantly better than any TV integrated speakers, and by comparison it's technically possible to provide a much more powerful and immersive experience in smaller rooms.The Soundbar being the two front and most important L/R speakers, due to it's short width will sacrifice the width of your soundstage, nonetheless the overall system at entry level price is still capable of enhancing movie/TV watching experiences. The soundbar section connects to the power cord, which connects to the 4" downwards facing subwoofer. Only the soundbar is actively powered with the amplification and other circuitry driving the other passively connected Subwoofer.This isn't anything unusual or bad, many high end expensive systems will also have an active speaker connected to an otherwise identical passive one, and does not mean the sound quality is affected providing it's application is design sufficient.As such, on the rear of the soundbar we have a DC power input, a digital fibre optical output (cable is supplied), a USB 2.0 port and and AUX 3.5mm stereo port plus the Subwoofer passive cable input.Active and passive speakers are just a way of reducing the need for multiple power cables.We have the same on the twin rear speakers, with the left rear speaker being active and connecting to a plug/power source, then with a generously long cable this connects to amplifiers/powers the left speaker.As a tip: For optimum positioning check the 2nd image on the listing of the lounge, this is the perfect positioning of all speakers - expect the soundbar which I'd have closer. All speakers besides the subwoofer should be as close to the level on your ears/head as possible as correct height is essential. The rears can be at full width which i'd recommend but then also for optimum sound stage you could toe both of these in somewhat to a slight angle so they are pointing towards your head and seating area - but since the maximum distance and cable is not excessively long, only a small amount of toe-in would be necessary.Similarly the Soundbar must be sufficiently high if at all possible, since the tweeters within this an the rear satellites should be at the same height as your head and ideally directly in front, no more than 2-3m metres away from your seating position. The satellites are also playing mostly higher frequencies so they must be the same hight as your head, not higher or lower. Ideally they would be parallel either side of you, I.E you want to be exactly in the middle, some minimal toe in on the rears but not too much, and with the Sound Bar also directly Infront of you when possible.Achieving all of this whilst successfully keeping the wires tidy may not be easy but if either the soundbar or rear pair of speakers are not level with your head/ears, then the sound staging will be significantly reduced, you'll be missing much of the sound if not positioned correctly and it will not sound good. So your existing furniture etc etc may be a limiting factor - For a perfect example of the distances and positioning height, check the listings images with the living room photo.Depending on the size of your living room, if you feel the volume is lacking then you may be too far away, even monitors and larger book shelf speakers produce the best sound at an optimum distance from you. If you are too far away then much of the frequency response will not reach you.So if you are underwhelmed with the volume and sound, if it's possible then try out all of the above and remember both the soundbar and speakers have a limited range. The rear speakers especially are satellites speakers.For increased volume in larger rooms you can close the distance of the soundbar and the rear satellites, but their height must be correct. If you want to hear greater volume and detail aim to create an equivateran triangle between your head and both speakers for optimum results. - These are audiophile basic protocols trust me. If your soundbar is close to the floor and you;re sitting upright you'll not hear the sound as intended, it will not sound good. So your furtnutre and other layout is a big factor here.Whilst the subwoofer has far more freedom and ideally we try to keep speakers away from walls, the subwoofer can be on the floor as intended, and to the right of you. But keeping it 20cm from a wall can actually increase the bass.The digital optical is the best way to connect this to your TV for lossless digital transmission at probably 24bit 96khz, superior to bluetooth since this lacks any Hi Res Wireless certified high bit-depth and bandwidth codecs, such as LDAC which would be the best. Plus Bluetooth would have some latency/delay between the TVs video and the sound, although this can sometimes be compensated for if your TV, your Smart Phone or if Smartt app supports it.As for the EQs within the app, the subwoofer it's downwards facing reflect plus port the subwoofer is going to be proving quite a high cross over. Whereas larger high end subs will only play below 870-100hz with a high pass filter, this thing is still going to be responsible for playing much of the midrange that the Soundbars and rear satellites cannot produce well due to their full size..The EQ options are something to play around with, though I would increase the lower band frequencies slightly and the treble/upper frequencies, but without leaving any frequency ranges significantly lower than the rest, or there will be gaps poor overall frequency response. But increasing the bass up to 500hz on the 8 band is a good idea to get more mid-bass from all of the speakers, since without the subwoofer they do struggle in the mid range.The device does have it's own DAC built in somewhere, but it's unsurprisingly not anything special with next to no distortion as the sound quality does begin to distort and sound harsh on maximum volume anyway. But only above 95% or so.I don't have any specs on the drivers aside from the 4" Subwoofer, as subwoofers come this is not very large. And it's frequency response will not be perfect especially basslines below 80hz.Although technically there are three channels here, it still effectively produces a 5.1 surround sound. Chances are the Soundbar has a combination of smaller drivers plus some tweeters, likely to be cheaper dome tweeters. And although all speakers besides the subwoofer itself are full range speakers, there is no DSP mentioned. But due the their small size, increasing the bass in my testing only provides a better mid-bass frequency response. Since the 4" subwoofer and it's own Bass MX technology being relied upon to play anything below 150hz and above. Although it does not explain what Bass MX technology is, the cross over will likely be quite high since the 4" subwoofer alone would struggle to produce huge amounts of sub-bass limited by its size, but it will be more than sufficient for some.When all are combined at high volume (90%-95% as 100% may distort, it still vastly improves the sound and provides a decent 5.1 surround sound experience. Its many times better than a TV on its own which is the purpose of this entry level system.Since many complain of "boomy" bass, you;re unlikely to get that here. And if you want to transform your Home Cinema on a budget, then I believe this does it very well.So as a 5.1 channel surround sound system, it's a shame that a small soundbar was used, but that's what would you expect for a system of this price. I think it's a vast improvement over TV speakers, and if your budget is £75 or £100, I do not think this will disappoint with proper positioning and realistic expectations.So as a 5.1 setup (technically not true 5.1 channels), the volume for each speakers size was impressive. Compared to my own studio setup it sounded terrible obviously, but then I have cables that cost more than this.Regarding the large living room in the demonstration image, although the positioning is almost perfect. That looks like over 5m from the soundbar to your set. To me that's too far away, and you'd struggle to fill such a large living room. But aside from the soundbar being a bit far away, in smaller living rooms or bedrooms I think this can perform just fine and i'm giving ULTIMEA 4/5 stars.Only as a final note, if you want epic 2.1 sound, far louder and richer in every way. Buying an Edifier 350DB 2.1 for £279 would absolutely blow this away, I know as I had a pair for 2 years, then upgraded to the 360DBs which I still have. The 350DB is almost triple the price but my advice would be, that if your budget can stretch to it. With its 8" active subwoofer, whether it's for music, gaming or TV/Movies. I would be a significant upgrade in every way.The ULTIMEA soundbar, whilst lacking in width and forward soundstaging does have some decent sound and volume coming through it, for its size. It looks reasonably attractive, with functional touch buttons on the top of the unit but you can simply use the remote or the smart phone app controls.However if you want to significantly improve your Movie/TV experience with this product, and a budget of £75 or £100. Then this is an entry level system and there's no denying that. But it will sound many times greater than simply using your TVs integrated speakers. And with this budget, I can absolutely recommend this 5.1 system by ULTIMEA.

Review: Mi piace, ho già provato una soundbar 2.1 della stessa marca e questa è uno step notevole.Facile da installare, l'ho collegata con cavo ottico al decoder satellitare. Seguendo le istruzioni è semplicissimo connettere i due speaker posteriori, li ho collegati alla corrente, accesi e si sono connessi immediatamente. Già tramite telecomando è possibile controllare diverse impostazioni. Bilanciamento anteriore e posteriore dell'effetto surround, potenziamento dei bassi, volume toni alti, medi e bassi, selezione della fonte audio, volume generale...peccato manchi la possibilità di controllare la bar con un unico telecomando tramite ARC, ma per il prezzo proposto può andare bene così.Tramite la app è possibile impostare un equalizzatore a 10 bande per trovare la regolazione preferita, oppure con un diverso sistema grafico si può regolare più finemente l'output audio, o ancora ci sono impostazioni predefinite tra cui scegliere. Si può anche accendere e spegnere la bar a distanza...Eppure, nonostante un mare di regolazioni possibili, a mio gusto il parlato nei film rimane sempre troppo sovrastato dal sound generale. Avere gli altoparlanti anteriori un po' troppo ravvicinati, sono racchiusi nella piccola barra principale, inficia un po' l'effetto surround. Ma avere gli altoparlanti raggruppati fa sì che non ci siano cavi sparsi più del necessario, quindi va bene così.

Review: The sound quality is very good, with clear audio and deep bass that makes watching movies or listening to music much more enjoyable. The virtual surround sound gives a great immersive effect, making me feel like I'm in a cinema. The setup was simple, and I appreciate that it comes with an app for easy control, which allows me to adjust the settings right from my phone. The 250W peak power provides plenty of volume, and the surround speakers do a good job of filling the room with sound.
