Title: Budget Power on demand !!!
Review: That’s my first contraption !!!Shipping was a month faster then described.Very easy to put together.I’ve got oversized battery from different project 48/52v 30ah and I know it looks little odd because of size but it lasts for ever!!! Lol!!It comes with all in advertising pictures looks like a good build and works very well!!!According to build in gauge max peek power is1670W full throttle from standing still. I hitt 40 Mph but the gearing is offso I almost caught on fire trying to crank so fast and yes that was down the hill for a brief moment flat 32Mph easy throttle overall functionality good ,work as supposedI took it for 35 miles ride and it was awesome I’m going to post update in next couple of weeks after some modifications and adjustments!

Title: Not as advertized!!!
Review: This is a very high quality unit and very powerful. I would have recommended this to everyone and screamed its praise from rooftops but it was supplied with no LCD meter. Stated in 3 places in ad and on invoice that it comes woth SW900 LCD meter but none came and company still wont respond. Contacted Amazon customer service and they cant get ahold of company. Need to buy separate meter. False advertizing!!!

Title: Good, but challenging install and some issues
Review: Once you get it going right, it works great! About 38 mph on the flat, 40+ down our hill, 30+ up it. The wheel is heavy (40+ lbs.) and a pain in the butt to mount because the axle fits very tightly and has to have the "flat" sides inserted at the right angle. But the construction is solid, with extra thick spokes and double layer rim and heavy-duty hub. Construction was solid, but you should double check it all. Expect the spacing to be slightly different than your stock wheel. I had to spread the frame slightly to accommodate the greater width. They provide a number of spacer washers so that you can get everything properly spaced, but it is a pain to mount/test the spacing multiple times (remember that the wheel is 40+ lbs. and fits the frame only at the correct angle). I'd recommend having a good bike assembly stand and impact wrench. It is also necessary to have a 21mm socket to mount the wheel and a basic allen wrench set. The wiring was pretty simple, but I initially got an error code stating "error 6" which I wasn't unable to troubleshoot with the provided manual, forcing me to request another manual (provided via .PDF) from the manufacturer that listed the error codes and other important information. This manual should be provided with the wheel, but is not. Customer support via email was good. Response time was less than 24hrs., and eventually (despite language barrier) they were able to help me troubleshoot the problem. I turned out that I had to set the voltage to correspond with the battery, something that I think should have been done at the factory. Overall, once I got everything working right, I have really liked it and have over 100 miles on it so far with no problems.

Title: Great power good price reliable.
Review: Update have bought a 2nd one because this product is so good.Bought the 1500w so far this is the best bike kit I've had for the price put a 48v 17ah battery and it was doing 28mph you have to unplug the 2 blue plugs to get that speed it come with the speed limited because of it being plug together. plus this kit has the wire coming out of the side of the motor instead of sticking strait out this is much better. Also seller shipped the next day definitely recommend this product and seller.

Title: Like the kit and it’s power but the connectors are a pain when compared to the other options
Review: Love the extra power the 1500w kit offers over the 1000w from the same company but both kits use the cheaper connectors that aren’t water resistant let alone waterproof.Pros:- Lots of power, significantly more than the 1000w version. If you aren’t adding a front motor and have a battery/can afford the battery to power the 1500w, go for that one.- Can be run at 52V long term with no issue (Provided you give it the proper cooling)- Runs motor at 1900w when running 60v!- Rim brake compatible if you’re putting it on a very budget bike like I was. But as you’ll see it’s also listed under cons for good reason.- CheapCons:- No temperature sensor so no thermal protection. If you don’t pay attention it would be easy to cook the controller or motor. This goes for all cheap e-bike kits, if not all of them (with the exception of grin technologies kits).- Rim brake compatible rims. This provides a larger surface for rocks to contact with which means worse and more frequent dents if using it for actual mountain biking.- Those horrible cheapo connectors. They’re completely adequate until it’s time to disassemble any component. Gotta take the wheel off for any reason? Time to snip all of the zip ties and break out the 9mm socket and Phillips screw driver to disconnect the motor cables. Does it take forever? No, but it doesn’t take magnitude more time than when I have to disconnect the front motor that uses the waterproof connectors. Literally 2 seconds to unplug vs 5 minutes.- Motor cable is too short!!! This is a massive pain point and has cost me extra $$$! It barely reaches the center of the bike frame if stretched straight out. Those seriously limits where the controller can be mounted. Whenever it’s time to work on my bike I wish I had just bought the eBikeling kit that had waterproof connectors. They even offer extension cables if you need them (The ones that came with my front motor was perfect length)- Expensive to replace the rim and spokes, was quoted around $130 to get a replacement rim and set of spokes. Both rims of my CSC kits are dented to the point where the wheel can no longer be trued and spokes tensioned but both EBikeling kits don’t have a dent on them and spokes seem to be stronger. To be fair my wife doesn’t run hers (Rear 1200w) too hard and I haven’t had the eBikeling kit on the front for more than 50 miles.

Customers say

Customers like the functionality and power of the bicycle. They mention it works well and can run at 52V long-term with no issues. However, some customers differ on the build quality and ease of assembly.
