Title: Looks great
Review: About to start crossing the US-Can border daily for work. Hopefully this makes life a little easier. Well marked sections for shot records, doctors notes, microchip data and a picture. Rabies shot has its own section even. My only suggestion for improvement is a vinyl cover or an add on protective cover. Going to take it to an office store and see if they can laminate it.
