Title: Upon receiving it was damaged
Review: I just opened it and put it together. Not easy! Had to watch a video to figure it out. I then realized the top of it was broken. That's alot of money to pay for something that is broken. I contacted customer support by email because it doesn't give a phone number. I have yet to hear from them other than they received my email. ( I actually bought two! One for my sister who has yet to open hers, but will shortly) I'm very upset considering the price and that there is not a phone number for customer service. Also, it seems to be pretty cheaply made. I really, really wanted to be happy with it because it seemed to be a good investment in our prepping.

Title: Filter is in the bottom peace already connected.
Review: This does not come with the water filter,had missing parts as well ..I was extremely disappointed!! Update:: The filter is in the bottom part is already connected..I couldn't find it at first but I did find it..There however is still a hose missing for the filter for the dirty water level filter..As shown in the picture on their picture.Im going to give it a try and see how well it works..

Title: The Famous LifeStraw
Review: So we purchased this for the case of if/when SHTF, this won’t be used unless/until that happens. Assembly was fairly easy, instructions were helpful. I’m sure the functionality will be good… it’s LifeStraw. 4 Stars for assembly, I can see how some may deem it a little difficult, but not bad.
